  On Friday June 11th a worker named Austin Rector knocked on my door trying to give me an inspection on a new roof. There was a sign in my yard from a different company that stated another company had already been by and are currently working on getting a new roof for me. When Austin came to the door he said to me that “his company would do a better job” than the company I am currently working with. The sign should of clearly indicated that I was not interested in another companies solicitation, yet he proceeded to talk badly about the company we are using! This was very disrespectful not only to me for trying to make me think they are a better company but it’s disrespectful to the company who is doing my roof! I would not recommend this company based on the fact that they are just trying to get money where they can by trying to take business away from another company!

  In 2017 I had my roof replaced by Keystone. Now nine years later I had an issue with a leak around one of my roof vents. I called in to get a service call to see if they could help me with my problem. Not only did they help me but they fixed the problem at no charge. Not only do they do a great job and provide high-quality work, but they stand behind their customers and help them when needed. I would not recommend using any other roofing company.

  Keystone did a great job repairing my home from hail and tornado damage.. complete roof and siding replacement. Zach was great and delt with insurance which was a huge help to me. Would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing or siding.

  Our house was damaged by hail storms, and like many others, we received a flood of flyers in the mail afterward. But I wanted to work with a reputable small business—and I’m so glad I chose Keystone Home Improvement. After reading their glowing Google reviews, I reached out to John, the claims specialist. From the very first call, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, which really helped ease the stress of dealing with storm damage. What truly impressed me was that John communicated directly with our insurance adjuster and helped maximize our coverage. Their quote was both accurate and very reasonable. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. The new roof looks beautiful, and they came back right on schedule to replace the gutters as planned—also done perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the results. In fact, we’re already considering hiring them again to install new siding for our home. Sometimes it’s the small decisions that make the biggest difference, and choosing Keystone was definitely the right one. We’re genuinely thankful for the fair pricing, clear communication, and high-quality work the company provided. They truly stand behind what they do!

  Keystone is an amazing company with wonderful people that do great work. Bob took care of us from day one until the job was completed. Our new roof is beyond what we had hoped for along with the new gutters in the garage wrap. They started on our roof yesterday morning and finished everything today. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they turned the job around. I would recommend Keystone and will recommend them to anybody needing any work done on their house. Again, thank you for the job well done.

  Recently my house got hail damage and requires roof and gutter replacement. Keystone Home Improvement did great job not only on the projects itself but also having Bob helping a smoothly communication with our insurance company.   I called Keystone and spoke with Bob about damage to my roof. He came out the same day to do his inspection/assessment. I needed a new roof, gutters, downspouts and siding replaced. Bob gave my the number to call my insurance to start the claim. Within 2 hours I had the insurance adjuster and Bob at my house. Thanks to Bob and his boss Zach I was able to get everything replaced and covered by my insurance. I am so pleased with the end result and the ease and speed of the process. I would recommend them to everyone and will be only using them going forward. Gary W
