I rarely provide reviews but when a company touts their responsiveness ands professionalism - a consumer should expect to experience that benefit. After multiple calls just to get a quote over the past several weeks - no one contacted me or went by the property to look at the job and provide an estimate. Very disappointing..

Don, I certainly understand your frustration and apologize again that we have not been able to get you in the schedule. I am still trying to squeeze you in.

I read all the great reviews about this company, and since I needed some help I called them. And called again and again and again. Every time they apologized for not showing up and promised they would send someone over. Well, they never did show up. I am done with them.

John, we are extremely short staffed and certainly did all we could to get to you. I know that doesn't help, but again we offer our sincere apology. Dion

These guys came from Georgia. That is surprising, but I guess there is a lot of work available. Anyway, they took their time to do the job. They didn't rush and they explained everything. I stood and watched them work for a while and I thought that they were really good guys.
