Being a small business , meaning I do all the work myself including phone calls , actual repairs and running my business to the best of my ability . I apologize if that’s the case. Mistakes happen. A lot of times people call when either I’m driving or actually on a roof at the time of call. Sometimes the call gets lost . Certainly doesn’t deserve a 1 star review .

I had a closing coming up and needed some tile repairs done immediately as part of the deal. Andy came highly recommended by my current roofing company as he also does tile roofs. We had a very short deadline, he fit me in, did an excellent job and provided me with all photos needed for the buyers insurance company. Great Job Andy! Really appreciate the excellent service! Had a unique problem with my metal roof all screws rusting from original install builder used wrong screws. Called Andy the Roofer got a live person on phone they came right out provided a detailed quote and got it done no problems even as they encountered more labor to remove deteriorated screw heads. Would recommend for any roof repairs. Responsive and responsible.

Richard was quick to come see my leaking concrete roof. Within a week, an estimate was drawn up and work to seal my roof began. The job was completed within a few days and he even stopped by to check on it during the flooding rains this week in the Florida Keys. Extra bonus, he guarantees his work for 5 years ( written in his contract). This level of service is very hard to find.

Richard was very responsive to our inquiry for service, then made a thoughtful recommendation based on our needs. He completed the work in a timely fashion & had high quality workmanship. Not only would we hire him again, but we’ve already recommended him to a friend!

I called Richard (Andy’s Roofing) and within 1 hr he called me back . I scheduled an appointment with him and he showed on time and was very knowledgeable with the type of work I wanted done to my concrete roof. His estimate was very reasonable and honest . He then scheduled the day he was going to do the job and showed up and completed it as promised. I had called another Keys roofing company that was recommended by a friend who is a contractor and they never even bothered to call me back. I gave Andy Roofing 5 stars because it is rare here in the Florida Keys to get anyone to even show up and do a great job.

Richard replaced broken tiles that had been damaged by storm. He installed a waterproofing coating across our flat roof, which eliminated leaks. Richard is very personable, and his prices are very competitive. I recommend Richard for all roof repairs.

I had a new ceiling leak in a flat roof in Key Largo. All round first-rate professional experience with the owner Richard of Andy the Roofer. Richard answered my phone inquiry within a few hours and immediately scheduled a visit. He walked me through the issues and we arrived at a reasonable price to re-roof the entire roof with a premium silicone material. Richard worked steadily to complete the re-roofing in the time window he promised. He also repaired some flashing and brought to my attention some side wall cracks at the roof junction which could cause some problems down the line. He then also coated the low side walls for a nominal additional price. A very careful and craftsman-like job. Richard has my very highest recommendation, you won’t be disappointed!
