Not for sure how they do putting on a roof. I will say they are very poor at pick up after themselves. They were working on a house near us and left nails all over the street. I understand this happens when putting on a roof but, they …

I recall speaking with this man on the day we stripped the roof. As he was walking down the street toward our project I walked toward him and told him to beware we had a roof in progress. He then complained to me that we were the 5th contractor working on his street in the last year. He held up a nail before he got to the project and said he was tired of nails being left behind by "you contractors" working on his street. I assured him that during the process we have 2 people on the ground and a city right of way permit. Also we had a tarp on the front street covering the sidewalk "Caroline Street" and 2 large trucks parked beside the building "Pecan Lane" to avoid any damages. I was in the middle of the street directing pedestrians and vehicles while the work was going on. There is no way the nail you brought to the job was from this roof, it was not even a roofing nail. Being that you are not one of our customers you are not familiar with the love and care we provide to our customers and the City of Key West. Mike Garcia

I own a 120-year old house in Key West. Needless to say, it needs lots of upkeep and good contractors can be hard to find in Key West, mostly because they are in such high demand. Conch Construction has done excellent work for me on …

I just purchased a home, and although the sellers assured me the roof was in good shape, the first time it rained I had a leak through the roof into my living room. After bad experience with another company (waited 4 days with no action) I …

I am a real estate agent and have used Mike and his crew at Conch Construction on two recent jobs and others in the past. Each experience was excellent and the Sellers I was representing were very happy as well. Along with being timely (as we were in a time crunch on both jobs), the proposals were accurate and there were no "hidden fees" at the end of the jobs. The crews were also very professional and left the job sites impeccably clean and tidy. I highly recommend Conch Construction and Roofing.

This company removed and installed a whole new roof on my two story building on pecon lane. I was so pleased with the roof job and more impressed with the cleanup of my property and surrounding area! Even my gardner remarked how bushes and planter beds were not damaged and not one nail or screw to be found. I recomend this company and will use their services again. Signed the owner.
