  They don't follow up ,run from this business they are not honest.

  We have followed up with calls and texts. You sir have not followed up with us. We have the calls logged in our CRM. Your insurance denied the full replacement, however they have opened coverage for a repair. We can work with this acknowlsedged damage and get MOST roofs replaced at this point. However if a homeowner doesnt answer or have us finish our process we cannot get the ruling overturned. ALL you have to do is call us to get the claim turned around. GOOD day to you sir and thanks for such a review talking about our honesty.

  Looked locally to fix a roof issue. This company came out right away to my delight. Looked around. Wasn't really sure what the issue could be. Seemed like they were going to propose a massive band aid approach. Unfortunately...never got their quote...and the problem has been successfully resolved for a few weeks now.

  A rep from Kerrigan knocked on our door (and others in our neighborhood) in June and offered to check our roof. They found damage and told us they would do the work for what our insurance paid. We signed their exclusivity agreement. Apparently, however, our insurance didn't pay enough for them, and after several conversations about the low payment and promises to keep working on it, we heard nothing more. Phone calls, emails, and texts went unanswered for more than a month. We were left high and dry with a damaged roof, an unresponsive company, and our hands tied by their "agreement". After a month, we assumed the contract was broken and moved on. We found a new company who answered our questions, worked with our insurance company for a bigger payment based on market conditions, and did a fabulous job. Kerrigan did finally call us back after two months... to ask if we still needed the roof fixed.

  This company has a communication problem. They take there good old time getting around working with you. I call leave my info with them it took almost two weeks to contact me. So they come look at the job I needed done took pictures now I have been waiting for a week still no answer for an estimate. So if they're this bad in communicating they're probably just as bad to do the job. Take them a month to do a two day job.

  Called yesterday to request a repair for a skylight and get an estimate for a new roof. I was told that someone would be here at noon today. A guy called to "verify" that I would be home. He asked me what the problem was with the skylight. …

  Ryan gave us an honest roof inspection/assessment and advised on how to proceed. He also addressed/repaired flashing around our vent pipe on the spot at no charge to us. Highly recommend Kerrigan roofing!

  Jessica from Kerrigan Roofing was very polite and prompt! When going over inspection information, my dogs really took to her. Anyone who dogs can sense is trustworthy is good in my book so I highly recommend Kerrigan Roofing for all of your needs as they hire good people!
