  We are genuinely sorry that you stepped on a nail. Our goal on every project is to leave each customer's property as clean and safe as we found it, and we regret that this happened. When you contacted us, we immediately offered to send our crew back to thoroughly inspect and clean the yard. We made this offer multiple times because we wanted the opportunity to address your concern, but those offers were declined. Even after that, our team continued trying to resolve the situation. Mike reached out to discuss possible solutions, and I, as one of the owners, also called and left a voicemail in hopes of speaking with you directly. Unfortunately, we were not able to connect. We understand that unexpected situations can be frustrating, and we always welcome respectful communication so we can work toward a resolution. At the same time, we have a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful workplace for our employees. Some of the messages and interactions directed toward our team crossed that line, so we limited communication through our sales consultant to protect our staff while continuing to seek an appropriate resolution through management. We stand behind our work and remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns in a fair and professional manner. We wish you the best and would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve this directly.

  I would like to give them a more in depth review but unfortunately that is not possible. You see, my review can only go so far because like a catfish date I've been ghosted by them. On June 18th, Dustin Morris honored his appointment that I previously set a few weeks prior. Dustin showed up promptly on time and professional looking. We had a good discussion on the project that I wanted a quote for which I knew wouldn't be an easy one, but Dustin assured me that he did like a challenge. He grabbed his ladder and got all the measurements off my home that he needed. He left with his word that at the end of the week I would receive a quote. Today is July 26. What week was he referring to I now wonder... *Update* On July 27th, I received a call from Dustin Morris apologizing for the mishap. He informed me that they were unable to give me an estimate on my project. The project was to remove a chimney that had been added onto my home about 20 years ago and is now sealed up. One would think that a roofing and siding company would be able to handle such a project. Since D&G Roofing and Restoration wasn’t up for the task of taking it down and installing the end peak of the ROOF and SIDING where the chimney was to be removed, I thought about the idea of settling for just having the chimney and only the chimneys siding replaced so it didn’t look like an eyesore. A chimney with existing siding. A structure two foot off the side of the house less than arms width apart. Not the Taj Mahal. The national average in the United States of America to replace siding on a 2,000 square foot house is $7,000. The first quote I received from D&G to replace the siding on my the chimney, and only the chimney was $7,597.63 Needless to say, this project is on hold as of August 18th…

  We are sorry that you feel this way. This was a project that we were unable to do as it is outside of our wheelhouse. The siding quote being so high was due to a specialty siding that was going to be needed to tie into the existing siding that is on the house. Unfortunately this was not a cut & dry project. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, but our goal is to install quality products and give great customer service. In order to achieve this, we must stick to projects that we are good at. That way we work as a well oiled machine. We wish you the best in finding a contractor that can help you with your project. Unfortunately, we are not a good fit.

  We had someone else do our roof and I was not happy with their communication so when it was time for siding, we chose D&G. Their communication was phenomenal from start to finish. Their price point was in the middle of the other estimates we got. I was extremely happy with the quality of the work the crew did so it was definitely a great value for the price. They did great on letting us know what was going on every step of the process. Jon came out and gave us the estimate. He was great and listened to everything we wanted. When they came back out with everything printed in the proposal, the presentation was so good that we knew then we were going with them. There were some other people on the project but I can’t remember their names. They were also great.

  After dealing with a couple other companies which was disastrous, we came across D&G Roofing and boy did this turn out to be our best move EVER. Set up an appointment for an estimate. From the very firat minute we met Jonah we knew we made a good delecision. He was very polite and respectful. Very courteous and actually had a great since of humor. I he had my wife at ease really fast. After we agreed to go forward with our project he seemed to address my wife with all the color choices. I thought this was smart and very professional. From start to finish it was an amazing experience even with this being an out of pocket expense since our insurance company is useless. The Crew that did the work was very polite and professional. I'd definitely use them again, and DEFINITELY recommend them to my friends and family. Thank You Jonah.

  We had a wonderful experience with D&G. Dennis, Cody, and Caden and the crew that came to do the work were easy to work with and very skilled at what they do. The crew had the entire job done in less than 2 days! We were well-informed throughout the process, and we are very happy with how our new roof looks!

  We had a great experience with D&G Roofing and Restoration, LLC. From our first meeting with Jon Perkins to the final inspection, the whole process was easy and well organized. Jon, Cody, Caden, and the installation crew were all wonderful to work with. Communication was great from start to finish, and everyone showed up when they said they would. The work was done right the first time, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. We had a section of our home replaced with Hardie siding, and we’re really happy with how it turned out. The cleanup was also impressive. They left everything looking just as clean as when they arrived. After this experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to use D&G Roofing and Restoration, LLC again when it’s time to replace the rest of our siding. We’re very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

  We struggled for quite a while to find a reliable, reasonably priced company to handle some soffit, gutter, downspout, and siding repairs until we found D&G Roofing. Jon Perkins from D&G was professional, polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and hardworking throughout the entire process. Part of our project was paid for out of pocket, while the repairs related to wind damage were handled through our homeowner's insurance. The pricing for the out-of-pocket work was reasonable, and Jon worked diligently with the insurance company to make sure all of the necessary wind damage repairs were properly considered and covered. We were pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend D&G Roofing to anyone looking for an honest and dependable contractor.

  Our family arrived home from vacation at the end of May to find a few wet spots on the ceilings in our house. We contacted our homeowner insurance company and started calling around for roof repair/replacement estimates. Insurance ultimately covered the bulk of our cost, with us paying a deductible. Our call to D & G Roofing was answered by Amy, who was as professional as could be. She set us up with a sales person from the company and answered all the many questions we had concerning working with the insurance company. Steve showed up to inspect our roof and develop an estimate which was ultimately acceptable to our insurance company. Steve gave us an estimated start day towards the end of July, largely because D&G had many jobs ongoing that all had been affected by the weather. Our start date was put back a day then two more because of ongoing work and weather. Not a problem for us. Three pallets of shingles and other materials were delivered in the days prior to the job start. Cody called us ahead of time to coordinate the delivery. Caden was our project manager and he made sure that nets and tarps covered our foundation plantings, pool pump, and backup generator to protect them from the inevitable damage as old roofing materials are removed and dropped to the ground. The new roof went on in 2-1/2 days with another half day to do a thorough cleanup. The new roof looks great and we have received compliments from the neighbors. As with all things related to construction, issues were handled and corrected as they came up. Thanks to all at D&G.
