  Tried to damage my roof for insurance payout in which they wanted all of ! People put on a great image but are snakes underneath beware !!!

  This review is retaliation and not from an actual HHR customer. Sierra Stokes, is creating fake profiles as retaliation. In addition to roofing, we also breed Cane Corsos and French Bulldogs. Sierra Stokes of Jungle Pup Exotics scammed us for 2 dogs worth $14,000. She sold us dogs that she claimed were fluffy carriers, falsified documents and refused to give us our money back when we found out. Now she’s trying to slander our company because we left a Google review letting the community know what she did. I have a voice message from her admitting she is retaliating because I left her a review! She keeps telling the same lies about the DNA test and blaming the testing company. To confirm my suspicions of the falsified documents, I have DNA tested the dogs and have the documentation from the testing companies to prove they are not what we were sold. Two separate testing companies have confirmed it! UC Davis also confirmed the reports we received from Sierra were NOT from a case in their system and could not be verified. I have all the receipts and texts to prove her lies. An investigation was also opened into her at UC Davis since she thinks it’s cool to manufacture their documents. That’s called falsification. I did NOT get what I paid for, nor was I going to bring back $14,000 in dogs and just wait and hope I could trust her to give me pups from another litter. The trust was broken so who would be ignorant enough to do that? I know for certain I’m not the only one she’s done this to because I’ve already had other victims reach out since I posted my review of her kennel. She is slandering our company because she’s being spiteful and doesn’t want to own up to what she’s done. She has never been a client of Helping Hands Roofing! Our company is built on the foundation of integrity and trust, and we would never do any of the things she has claimed here!

  Anyone who goes door to door trying to get people to claim on their insurance is fraudulent. We were told since we were within 2 miles of a tornado we could get a new roof through our insurance. We didn't even get wind from the tornado. Our roof is fine and if it needs repaired, it is not my insruance's responsibility. It is ours. Very wrong and now every ones insurance rates will go up to pay all these fraudulent claims. Shame on all involved!

Were they in a marked Helping Hands Restorations vehicle? If not, they do not work for our company, so if someone is out there misrepresenting our company, we want to be the first ones to know about it!   My roof was bizarrely dipping where the porch roof met the house. Aub was the only person I got a quote from who acknowledged that he wouldn't be able to tell the actual cause for the dipping until the shingles were removed. (Spoilers: It turned out that the roof trusses hadn't been adequately secured to the house itself during construction ~100 years ago, and were starting to pull away, so if it hadn't been fixed the porch might literally have fallen off the house.) I really appreciated the transparency and up front honesty. The quality of work appears good as well. Definitely recommended.

  This was our first time using helping hands roofing. Our ceiling was leaking and Aub came out the same day to replace tiles and seal rusted nails while the rest of his team was on another job. When that didn't fix the problem he came back found us a contractor to help us get attic access, identified the problem and fixed it within a week of our 2nd call. It was above and beyond service that I think you can rely on when using Aub and his team.

New siding on my hose and a new roof on my separated garage - My property has never looked better! Aub Holley worked with my needs and his team dealt with the insurance portion with aptitude and no issues. Line items and upgrades were explained clearly and priced within the budget agreed. All work was completed on schedule and I am highly satisfied with the quality and appearance.   Helping Hands Roofing is an awesome company. Aub Holley the owner was very helpful and friendly.He explained the process and answered all of our questions. He returned my calls and answered my concerns. The roofing crew did an outstanding job and worked very hard to get everything done. The clean up after the roof replacement was also very good.   We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pricing was very fair and competitive, which immediately set them apart There were no hidden charges or upsells, I paid exactly what I was expecting.   My experience with Helping Hands roofing went above my expectations. Aub was who I had contact with he was very professional and did an amazing job. I’ve dealt with several other roofing companies in the area before and Helping Hands was by far the best. If you need help with roofing problems I would highly recommend this company.
