  There are too many roofers with a focus on customer service. I recommend never using this company because the last thing on their mind is customer service. They don't finish work, make excuse and excuse, and use fast talking to make a customer seem inept. Never again!

  This place is a mess from the unorganized staff down to the owner. He’s rude and disrespectful he can be heard screaming in the background when you call they never know what day they’re going to come and reschedule a million times before actually showing up. Takes weeks to send out quotes then has the audacity to ask for good reviews in return for “cheap work” call someone else and save yourself the headaches

  Absolutely horrible Customer Service. I had a home inspection take place and needed some minor repairs made. I could not get these people to give me quote and when I called them (7 times) they kept saying they would call back and never did. They also kept telling me the job would have to be bid and the bid is on the owners desk. They told me that 3 times in a 7 day period. HORRIBLE

My brother has 50+ years in the builder and inspection industry. He has worked directly with , and inspected Barker Roofing projects for decades. His personal recommendation was spot on. Grateful to have Keith Barker and his fantastic team on my side on this re-roof project !

  Barker Roofing is a great company for any roofing needs. From new construction to repairs they can do it all! They came to my house to replace some ridge shingles that blew off from high winds. They were fast, kept me informed and made the repairs quickly. I would recommend them to anybody in need of roofing services.

  They installed my roof five years ago and I was happy with the work. Over the years, when I needed two repairs (tree damage and wind damage), they were quick to respond with excellent customer service. Highly trusted and will happily do business with them again.

  Absolutely blown away by the level of service! Even though the job was technically out of warranty, the team didn’t hesitate to step up and take care of a minor issue I was having. They could’ve easily brushed it off or charged me for the fix, but instead, they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I highly recommend this company—they truly stand behind their work and take pride in doing the right thing. Five stars all the way!
