The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for KCM METALS INC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

I recently hired KCM to put a standing seam roof on a cabin that I've been building. I was nervous about hiring outside workers, but after a few conversations with Kevin, I was set on having KCM to do the install. Kevin was great to communicate with, whether on the phone or via text. He showed up as scheduled and rolled out the steel on site. His install crew are more like sheetmetal workers than typical roofers. They were accommodating and addressed any concerns that I had. They didn't rush to get to the next job; I was told several times by the site foreman that they wouldn't pack up until I was happy. If you want a roof that's different from anyone else on the street, go with a standing seam roof. If you want it installed by a group of tradesmen who take pride in their work, I recommend giving KCM a call. -Ben T

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on KCM METALS INC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
