I called them July 2022 to see about rubberizing a flat portion of my roof. I was told they are strictly commercial buildings and would not do my home. I called a different company April 2023 and they said they partner with KRI on residential roof repairs since KRI will do the rubberized bit. I got a hold of KRI and they sent someone out to our house to take a look and said they'd send an estimate. I called a few times and sent and email since I hadn't heard back. A month later I finally got a hold off someone that told me they were waiting on a third party estimate to repair some wood. I was not made aware they needed to do that. That way in May. Steven Herme was excellent! Went above and beyond to troubleshoot what our issue was! Very polite and respectful also. This is the 2nd time we have had KRI to our establishment, and both were positive experiences. Every employee has been so nice and cordial that I have talked to.
