It was a little disappointing with the salesman- N. compared to all the reviews on Google. When he came for an estimate, he already demanded to pay 1/2 of the totally estimate cost plus an insurance deductible which my insurance claim has …

Hi Charlene, we are looking into this now. Our office leadership team will be in touch after we review the case over the weekend. I see a job that you reached out to us about back in May and flagged it for leadership. Feel free to call our office and ask for the general manager in the meantime.

We had hail damage (like everyone else) and they were super fast about getting out to our home to assess and give us an estimate. They helped answer insurance questions and were able to replace our roof quickly. Everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and down to earth. When we had a follow up issue a month after the new roof they were very quick to respond and fix it at no additional cost. Would highly recommend them to others!

I called Brian to look at an area of concern that we thought caused water to leak in our roof. He came the same morning, identified the issue and fixed it. We cannot express enough how awesome our experience was with him and Schmidt Roofing!! Highly recommend these folks!!! Thankyou!! Terry and Deb Huebner

The entire staff were helpful, supportive, and very knowledgeable. Tim Bartlet worked with me to make sure my roof was exactly what I wanted and the roofing crew was fantastic. They were extremely professional and took great care to prep and clean up the worksite. The staff helped me get the best possible results from my insurance company and were so patient with me since this was my first homeowner claim. I would use them again without a second thought. They all went above and beyond. Thank you Tim and team.

Schmidt Roofing completed several different projects on my house. All of them completed on time, on budget with no issues whatsoever. I will certainly be using them again.

Schmidt Roofing personnel are super friendly and considerate and have a fast response time. Called about getting a quote for a complete roof repair for my house and garage; my rep, Tristan, came out and got that to me within the week. When the roofing crew came, they were able to complete the project within a day with pictures of the before and after, and without making/leaving a mess in my yard/driveway. And just a few days after project completion, Tristan called and asked permission to do a sweep of my yard just to confirm and remove any left behind debris or hidden nails so I didn't have to. All in all, this was a great experience working with Tristan and the crew!

My gutters were clogged and Schmidt’s came to the rescue with a service person showing up within 2 hours of calling. He cleaned out all my downspouts and gave me an estimate on gutter guards. That person did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up the yard. I am so thankful and happy with this company!! Can’t say enough good things about them and their customer service!!! Highly recommended company
