  Tony, I’m sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience with us. I’m very bothered about what you have said, as this is not at all the way I teach our staff to be. It is funny that you mention in your comments about taking before and after pictures of the siding. We do take pictures in case something like this comes up. The insurance also took pictures of the existing damage from the storm. When comparing both pictures to the damage you said we caused it is very clear that the damages were caused by the storm and not Heyn. The insurance company also stated that they paid you for new siding in the original scope of loss from the storm. You are trying to blame us for the existing damage so you can keep your insurance money. Feel free to reach out to me at 507-388-7763 to discuss this further.

  Avoid this company. Got no respect for this company at all. They made a mistake and fixed it but refused to fix the damage caused by their mistake and isn't accountable.

  Job completed 6-23-22. Wonderful crew. I paid 10,800. Called and sent emails regard appearance of roof. Cory said crew found moisture in roof, but didn’t tell me during roofing because it would cost too much to repair. Roof leaked winter of 2022. Heyn fixed leak, thank you! Heyn said they would repair ceiling. Haven’t heard anything more. I did receive my warranty last month after requesting it. Thank you! I have been patient and kind in my communications. Now I’m just sad.

  Lousy job. Work crew didn't speak English so couldn't communicate. There are nails sticking up. Shoddy work. So disappointed. Shame on them. One year later and they still have not fixed their defects but keep apologizing and admitting to the errors but it never gets done.

  Recently had our roof replaced by Heyn. The whole process was smooth and it went very well. The crew went above and beyond to find a solution for an area on our roof where we routinely deal with ice dams in the winter. Overall very happy and appreciative of how the whole process took place.

  I recommend this company after they provided the cheapest price along with high quality products and were able to come in and complete a 36 sq roof while I was at work. Very efficient and reliable. Communication was excellent and any questions we had were answered without hesitation. I had several estimates and I’m glad I chose them.

  After a devastating hail storm the shingles on our large, steep, roof needed to be replaced. Our salesman, Mike was very knowledgeable and the shingling team worked very quickly and efficiently. The whole job was done in one day! Our roof looks fantastic.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Heyn Brothers and overall the project itself went well. From the beginning I was impressed with Don’s knowledge, straightforward answers, responsiveness, and punctuality. The crew worked quickly, did solid work, and cleaned up well afterward. There was some minor gutter damage, which unfortunately can happen with roofing projects. Where my experience became frustrating was with communication and ownership toward the end of the process. I had a question about the roof color because the sample shown to me appeared to have darker tones than the final installed product. When I brought it up, the tone of the conversation shifted and I felt more like a bother than a customer simply asking questions. I also felt very in the dark on next steps after installation. There was little to no communication about timelines for permits, submitted photos, final walkthroughs, or when to expect the invoice. Then I received a final invoice that was about $600 higher due to an added permit fee that hadn’t been discussed. I left a voicemail with the billing department questioning it, and instead of a return call or explanation, I simply received an updated invoice with the permit fee removed. The roofing work itself was good, but the communication and customer experience after the install left a lot to be desired.

  We’re so glad we connected with Cory Smith at Heyn Brothers Roofing after our recent storm damage. From the start, Cory was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped us navigate the insurance process, which can be overwhelming. He was honest about what to expect, didn’t push anything unnecessary, and really had our best interest in mind the whole time. Having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy during a stressful situation made a huge difference. We would definitely recommend Cory and Heyn Brothers to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

  We had a bunch of shingles blow off last year from a windstorm, Chuck Swanson was very prompt to come out and get us taken care of! Heyn Brothers took care of everything, didn't have to do a thing, greatly appreciate the fantastic service they provided!
