  Put a new roof on, started having leak on the ridge row, called they came out and looked at the roof and said everything was find even after I showed the damage to the inside of the house not pleased at all

  I was quoted a price to replace my roof, and gutters. The next day they called and doubled they said their salesman was wrong I made them stick to the price somewhat they took all my gutters away they would not replace them and they bent a piece they won’t fix I have asked them several times also they hired sub contractors and left deep holes in my front yard all the way around I was very disappointed! And then we had to pay 3% to use a credit card my roof does look nice. But the ripped me off royalie! I am a senior my husband had just passed away I had to get a loan and max out my credit card to pay them and they were extremely rude and my gutter is still bent. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH

  K&M installed gutters on the front of my home, the first time it rained, the entire middle section fell off. My wife had to hold up the fallen section with a broom while I installed screws to re attach the fallen section. Can't recommend this company. Poor workmanship.

  I hired them to repair my roof and gutters. The gutters were put on Incorrectly and they flood over the top of the gutters everytime it rains.. Three employees have come over at different times and said they were put up Incorrectly. The old gutters worked better than the new ones. They said they would take care of it and fix it and now they're saying I'm going to have to pay for it again.

  Hello Mrs. Townsend. This is not accurate. The gutters were installed by our team and then you decided that you wanted to replace some of the fascia and we advised that we weren’t going to pay to detach and reset the gutters after installing new ones.

  K&M Roofing and Construction is a top tier company. This is the second time we have worked with them. Chris Mobbs was great! Chris worked with us to get my house back in shape after a tornado caused damage. He was extremely patience and knowledgeable, helping me along the way, and taking the stress off us. He ALWAYS answered my calls or text, or got back to me within minutes. The craftsmanship in the work and detail is beautiful. Crews cleaned up all messes and were respectful to property. Thank you to Chris and K&M for such a wonderful job.

  Shawn Powell & Milon Kincaid came to my home and asked if they could inspect my roof for hail damage. I said sure ,but I don't think i have any. To make a long story short I now have a new roof , new decking and new gutters and downspouts. They went to work for me to get my insurance to pay for everything less my deductible. The total came to almost 20,000.00 and I paid only 1850.00. I highly recommend K&M ROOFING. The quality of work was outstanding. And they were fast. Anthony Powell

  Second time working with Tom Groves at K&M. Tom has always responded promptly to any concern we had. He worked with the adjusters to see that all needed repairs were covered. He kept up us to date on the scheduling of materials and work. All work was completed to our satisfaction. In addition to replacement, a structural sag was corrected along with ceiling repairs.
