  Do NOT bother with this roofer. They are out of business. They took our insurance check 2 years ago and never did the work. There are apparently several folks in the same situation.

Our team has made multiple attempts to contact you to schedule the additional repairs; however, we have been unable to leave a voicemail, and our text messages have gone unanswered. As previously discussed, GBT Roofing stands by our lifetime warranty, and we have consistently honored that commitment by performing necessary repairs whenever notified. The salesperson you mentioned, Jamie Odom, had been working directly with the installer who completed your roof replacement. Unfortunately, that installer is no longer with our company due to performance concerns, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by his lack of follow-up. When you last reached out, we covered the cost of additional repairs at no expense to you—even offering to pay your personal repairman—despite not receiving a response after your call. We also understand there was confusion caused by Jamie withholding our contact information, which we deeply regret. Regarding the HVAC system, while it is unrelated to the roofing scope, we are still willing to cover the associated costs in good faith to help bring this matter to resolution. We are fully committed to upholding our warranty and ensuring your satisfaction. We also extend our sincerest apologies for the communication breakdown and the challenges you faced with our former representatives.   The work they do is good, very trustworthy. You do need to be in constant communication with them so you don’t fall through a crack to be on their schedule. They have also came back and did some warranty work

  What a GREAT experience! Locally owned annd friendly people. After accepting a quote for gutters, they were installed the very next day. We weren’t expecting that after dealing with other various roofers in the area for over 20 years. I highly recommend and we will continue to use GBT! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Jamie came out right away and helped us identify our weird problem!! He got someone here quickly despite all the rain/hail we’ve been having. We really appreciate yall! He even found a builder’s error and fixed it right away.

  Unknown to us, the flippers that sold us our house took some shortcuts. Unfortunately, our roof was leaking after about a year into our bathroom. An acquaintance introduced us to GBT Roofing who quickly patched our roof. Thank you Jamie and Melvin.

  Mike and his crew were so helpful to us and our neighbors after a tornado came within a few miles and we lost lots of shingles. They tarped our roofs and returned within a day to replace the missing shingles and did a really great job! Affordable and honest roofing company. Without a doubt, we will use them for any future roof repairs.
