Have been trying for over 2 months to get estimate. They keep promising next week, next week but nothing. Had 2 crews measure and take notes.

I never heard back from them

  Reply from the business

Mr, Daugherty, I’m sorry that you never heard from one of our salesmen. Looking at your call sheet, it says that our receptionist said you were out of our coverage area. I’m sorry for any confusion on our part. I understand how frustrating it can be to be expecting a call back that does not happen.

After a tornado hit our home last year we reached out to Abel Aleman roofing and they were quick to respond and showed up same day to tarp our roof to keep it from leaking. They also helped us get in touch with the people who worked with us on the insurance claim. They were a tremendous help and would recommend them highly to everyone!!

We received $100K in damage to our home from a hail storm in Sep 2025. Abel Aleman Roofing Co of Sherman TX helped us with the repair of ALL the damage. Chris Palas was very professional and a huge help in this project from start to finish. Today, you would never know our home had been in a storm.

Latest Update: I met with the team at Abel Roofing Company and they went above and beyond to remediate some of my concerns we had come up. During install one of the water lines was struck by a nail in the attic because it was not correctly placed away from the roof decking or protected by a metal plate. They brought a team out and helped patch the damage to my ceiling. In addition the team at Abel, also took a look at a concern I had with a few shingles and confirmed with me that there was no integrity loss or functional issues with the roof after further inspection. Thank you to the GM, Chastin, Jaun, and the owner of Abel Roofing Company for coming out and assisting with their remediation. They turned an initial 1 star to a 5 star review because of their warranty guarantees and going above and beyond for us.

Chris was an amazing contractor to work with at Abel Aleman Roofing! He was so easy to ask questions about my roofing job and he had my roof done in just one day. I can’t find enough good words to tell how great this company is, but they will be the only roofing company that I will ever use!

Chris Palas was a lifesaver when I needed a roof replacement. He talked me through the process and was so kind and considerate. He and his team did an excellent job and left my yard a lot cleaner than it was when they started the work. He is honest and dependable. I cannot leave a high enough recommendation!
