The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

They replaced some fascia and made it look much worst than the original one. When they installed the new fascia the soffits got distorted and birds started to nest in. I mentioned the problem to Buta but no action was taken. The problem got worst when the soffits failed down and I sent pictures to Buta but I got the following response: "that is not my problem, I am a roofer". Now I will have to spend a lot of money to fix a problem created trying to improve the look. This is not a trustworthy company, run away from it.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 4 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

We had our own roof and one sky light done 6 years ago after several neighbours used them. We were very happy with the job and still today the roof is looking great with zero issues. So my parents just used them for a roof and again great service and job done well. They are very happy also. Very fair and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on JS Roofing Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
