Extremely noisy and doesn’t care about the residents. Not professionals.

Sorry to hear about you experience. Reroofing, repairs and installs, in particular, are not subtle. We have to tear a roof off (not an easy or quiet task) and then screw new roof materials down through the roof deck. We try our best to keep our work tidy and quiet, but we'll continue to review our processes and outcomes to ensure we're doing our best for our clients. Thank you for your feedback.

No safety around the holes that were cut out. Very dangerous two people almost fell into it but who cares right??? This company just push push push. They don’t care about the worker just the work getting done. The guy in charge of maintenance will tell you to do something but then when upper management asks why, he says nothing. If your 25 years old or younger how can anyone be a green hand foreman??? It’s unheard of and dangerous but Raven thinks it’s ok. Oh and be careful they will hire you for service but then switch you to production even when you have a known disability….I need to find a lawyer to shut this shop down I have lots of proof of discrepancies and discrimination

Promised to start in the beginning of summer 2019. Started in the end of August 2019. Put ladders in our driveway and left the for the whole winter to create a HUGE problem for all people living in our building. Now it is September 2020. …

They just ripped me off so I suggest shop around. There are lot of good ones than these guys and at a far better price.

Not only terrible roofers but terrible drivers too. Don’t use this company, or know you are going to get screwed.

just disgusted with Ravens "work" or more like slack off! they've been drilling and jackhammering for 9 MONTHS now, when it should've been done in 4 EF-ing weeks!

We’ve been using Raven Roofing since 2014. We’ve completed 9 roofs with them and are very happy with their work and how they stand behind their jobs. It doesn’t matter who you hire, you’re always gonna have an issue or two and that’s when you find out who you’ve hired. Raven is top-tier. I’ve also used them for ACM paneling four times and they have been equally good in that niche as well. Peter Nagy has never let us down.

The roofers kept the disruption to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves - and they stopped the leak!

Thanks Josh - we try our best to avoid disruption to residents/tenants (though roofing can be loud at times!). Thanks for the review.

We called Raven to do maintenance on our commercial/office building, and they have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. The service team is professional and they answered all of our questions, also provided a nice report to show what was completed. I would happily recommend them to any other strata or property management company!

Had Raven re-roof my building and they were awesome. Quick, efficient, and no leaks. Great experience overall, highly recommend them!”

When was the last time somebody actually checked your commercial flat roof? Blocked drains, standing water, vegetation and deteriorating seams can all develop quietly between inspections. Regular roof maintenance helps identify these issues early, document changes in the roof condition and keep drainage systems clear. Raven Roofing provides commercial flat roof inspections, maintenance and repairs throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. #RavenRoofing #CommercialRoofing #RoofMaintenance #FlatRoofing #VancouverRoofing #CommercialRoofRepair4 hours agoCall now
