  Very rude employees. There are tons of other roofers. Dont deal with this company.

  We take customer feedback seriously, but we are extremely disappointed to receive a review from someone we have never done business with. This situation arose over a company vehicle legally parked on the side of our customer’s house during a job, and while we made every effort to be courteous and accommodating—including moving the vehicle and offering an apology—the individual refused to de-escalate. Masud Kamal’s demeanor was very aggressive as he demanded the truck be moved, even though it was not blocking the neighborhood mailboxes. His behavior can only be described as erratic and unhinged. He opened our foreman Sergio’s truck door and took pictures of him without permission while yelling vulgarities. Our employee’s only request was to be asked nicely and be treated with dignity/respect. The owner witnessed the altercation from his vehicle parked down the same street. He intervened by having the trucked moved, humbly apologized multiple times for any inconveniences, and asked if there was anything more we could do to make him happy. Despite our best efforts to amicably resolve the situation, Mr Kamal took a picture of our company yard sign and told us he was going to give a bad review before he sped off down the street. Our team is committed to professionalism, respect, and high-quality service. We encourage honest reviews from actual customers and hope that those seeking roofing services will look at the experiences of our real clients. We strongly believe this review is completely unwarranted and is not an accurate representation of our company. Anyone who has actually done business with us can attest to this as shown in all our other 5 star reviews. If you have any concerns regarding our services, we’d be happy to discuss them directly.

  Jon and his team did a great job from start to finish. Jon provided a very thorough quote that covered everything. Communication was spot on so there were no surprises or unexplained delays. I would highly recommend JPG Roofing & Restoration.

  Fantastic experience! Jon responded quickly after the wind blew a vent cap off my roof. Not only did he reinstall the part perfectly, but he also took the time to inspect the rest of the roof and fixed some sealing issues. Very professional, thorough, and honest. Highly recommend!

  I’ve used Jon for several years now and he always goes above and beyond. His attention to detail and commitment to quality product is better than any roofer or contractor I’ve worked with in the past. He’s prompt, on time, organized, and fair. He even called my insurance company to ensure the paperwork was done properly! His crew cleans up afterwards and he always comes back to resolve any issues or concerns if needed. JPG has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish on both roof projects I’ve had with them. I highly recommend them!!

  We had a great experience from start to finish with JPG Roofing. He was extremely professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and never felt pushy at any point. He was also available on-site while the insurance adjuster performed the roof inspection, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire job was completed in just one day. The way he does the ridge caps adds a beautiful architectural detail that makes the roof look extra special and high-end. Cleanup was outstanding—there wasn’t a single nail left in the driveway, which really impressed us. He truly went above and beyond by fixing areas near the roof where squirrels had been getting into the house—something we really appreciated. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for roof repairs or a full roof replacement. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and an overall outstanding experience.

  I highly recommend JPG Roofing. They do a professional job. They keep you informed about what's going on. And after replacing my roof he helped me out by covering my chimney cap until I can get it repaired. They also left the place looking exactly like it was before except with a new great looking roof!

  We had such a good experience with Jon and his crew as we went through getting a roof replacement and several other elements fixed due to hail damage. From the first inspection, Jon made sure that all the elements of this type of job were clearly explained, including how to manage the process with our insurance company. We really appreciated him taking the time to come out and explain all of the contracts. He also came out to double check the work completed from each of the teams that came out to our property. The roofing team were on-time, professional, and dedicated to completing quality work, as were the other contractors brought in to manage other elements of our project (i.e. gutters, window screens, repairing drywall from a leak that happened inside). We also appreciated the consideration taken during clean up outside since we have puppy who loves to find things in our yard. We would highly recommend Jon and his crew to anyone who needs help with their roof replacements.
