We hired JP Construction Services after a spring windstorm damaged multiple sections of our home's roof. The process began swiftly with a phone call to the owner, Jordan who explained the process to getting the roof fully repaired. After that, Jon became our main point of contact when he met us at the house and gave us roof samples and more in-depth details. We were pleased with the warranty that JP Construction provided for their work, as well as the products that they were using. They're fully insured and are thoroughly knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide in their trade. Jon came back for us to sign the contract and set a date. Jordan came personally to verify the shingle colors and give the team the go ahead. Due to inclement weather in May and early June, the job was delayed. With each delay, Jon made us aware of the required rescheduling. On the day of the roof repair, the team arrived promptly in the morning and got right to work. Jon was present for the entirety of the job and touched base with us throughout the process. Because of prolonged exposure to the elements (even with tarps covering vulnerable areas), a section of the roof needed fully fixed. Once the existing roof was removed, the new shingles arrived on a flatbed and a crane was used to move them to the roof. With all of the equipment and vehicles, not even a tire mark was left behind. From start to finish, the new roof was installed in less than 8 hours! They used a magnet to collect any stray nails and other metal pieces around the house and made sure nothing was left. We received warranty and final paperwork via email and in person with Jon. The final cost was worth every penny for the quality of work, knowledge and experience level, and attention to detail that was given. The experience was professional and well conducted from start to finish. We will be using JP Construction for our garage roof in the future as they were hands down one of the best in our area. We

The crew was supposed to start our roof on Monday morning but it rained all day. So on Tuesday they showed up with 8 guys and went to town . To our surprise the crew tore off the old, repaired the bad areas and put new shingles on in one day . I believe it was about 7:00 till the guys finished up . Needless to say they knew what they were doing. Jordan was so great and easy to work with. Wow what a difference. Our roof looks fantastic. Thanks J.P.C. !
