We had water coming into the upstairs bedroom whenever we got heavy rain and couldn't figure out where it was getting in. Johnny and Roofing took a look and discovered the flashing around a vent had failed and some shingles were cracked near the valley. They tracked down where it was actually coming from instead of just slapping something over it, and swapped the shingles near there. The ceiling has stayed dry through a bunch of storms since. The estimate was fair and they explained what had gone wrong so I could actually follow it. Relief to finally have that leak sorted after living with it for months.

After noticing more wear on our roof and losing a few shingles during a storm, we decided it was time to bring in a roofing company. called johnny and roofing for an estimate and they came out quick, went up on the roof and came back down with a full breakdown of what was going on. the shingles were shot and there was some soft decking that needed replacing too. the price was fair and there was no attempt to scare me into anything extra. we set a date and they showed up right on time with a full crew. tear off took most of the first day and it was loud but they moved fast. second day they had the new roof going on and by the end of it the place looked completely different. they were good about covering the landscaping and picking up nails with one of those magnet rollers before they left. i walked the property after and didnt find a single piece of debris. the new roof has weathered a few storms now and the ceiling is bone dry. from start to finish they kept me updated and made the whole thing painless

I hired them for a full roof replacement and they started with a detailed inspection instead of jumping into work. The crew worked steadily for several days and kept the area fairly organized. There was some early morning noise, but nothing unexpected for roofing. One delay happened due to weather, which pushed the schedule slightly. They finished properly and double-checked edges before leaving. The new roof looks uniform and the house feels better insulated now.

Johnny's cruel did a complete replacement for us and it was done with real attention to details. They showed up early they hauled away all the old material and kept the yard tidy. The new roof looks sharp, and I can tell the material they used I'm going to last a long time

Our roof was over twenty years old and losing granules fast. This team provided a fair estimate and completed the full tear-off and replacement in just two days. The craftsmanship on the flashing around the chimney looks very clean. It is great to find a reliable local contractor.
