We were misled by this roofing company during the early stages of getting our roof replaced. After agreeing to all the terms, the owner suddenly decided not to move forward with the project, citing the inability to accept payments via Zelle …

Our apologies if you felt mislead. I was very clear on explaining our services and how we do business. The fact that you didn’t even want us to come and inspect the property to assess damages and you had so much urge to Zelle us payment without even having a signed contact or agreement just didn’t seem righty for us. I made sure I communicated that with you that same day we discussed pricing and process. Again our apologies and hope you have a great day.

JL Roofing was great. Jose inspected our roof in April and gave us an estimate well below others for the same work and materials. We could not get the work done until July. They still honored the estimate and came to do the job with a well experienced crew. The entire job was done in one day and clean up was great. An overall easy and worthwhile experience. I highly recommend them.

Completely redid my roof in Thornton. They did a good job and return phone calls (rare these days ;)). I would hire them again.

Completely replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. Job was done within a day. They also communicated back and forth with our insurance so we didn't have to. Initially insurance was only going to cover partial roof but they got them to cover it all!

Roofing: Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic! JL Roofing recently did some work on my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, they impressed me. The crew was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and answer any questions I had. Most importantly, they got the job done quickly and efficiently, minimizing any disruption to my day. It's clear that JL Roofing takes pride in their work. The quality of the repairs seems excellent, and they cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work. They're fast, friendly, and fantastic!
