The first three are Google’s own figures for JL Roofing Company, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the California roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 3 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for JL Roofing Company.

What a phony. This guy gives you a quote, promises 3 time to show, and doesn't show. His last text said "OK I am ready to do your work for sure no problem let me know if you're still interested because I am". I text back and NO ANSWER! Surprise. And this is when HE's interested. What a time-wasting scumbag of a business.

Called John to check my leaky tile roof. He came out that same day, inspected it and got a very reasonable quote! But even amazed that they came back the next day and fixed it! Super fast, very friendly and John was very informative! Thank you guys so much. Right before the heavy rains! Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on JL Roofing Company. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
