I highly recommend this roofing company. I recently had a new roof and gutter system installed on my home, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Derek gave me a clear estimate, walked me through my roofing and gutter options, answered all of my questions, and left helpful information for me to look over. After I reviewed everything, I moved forward with the proposal and contract with full confidence. The price stayed exactly as quoted, with no surprise charges or hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Roger was very helpful with scheduling and made it easy to set a time that worked well for me. The roofing crew and gutter crew were organized and worked together efficiently, and they were able to complete both parts of the job on the same day. Both teams were professional, hardworking, and respectful of my property. They did quality roof work, installed the gutters properly, and cleaned up all debris around the yard when the job was done. The workmanship, communication, and overall customer service were excellent. I am very happy with the finished roof and gutters and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I meant to write this sooner, but kept putting it off. A while back I suddenly noticed a roof leak one evening. I called the roofing contractor the next morning, and Derek arrived very quickly. He found the issue right away, explained what was going on, and completed a fast, solid repair. I was really impressed with the quick response, the efficient roof work, and how polite and respectful he was throughout the visit. With the hot weather and sun putting wear on roofs over time, I know I may need a full roof replacement before too long, and I will definitely be calling them again for the job.

I want to clarify my experience with the roofing work on my home. I was the homeowner during the roof replacement, and the project was handled through an insurance claim. Another person was involved in the home purchase process at the time, but the roofing decisions, approvals, and payment details were ultimately my responsibility as the owner. I had a very good experience with the roofing contractor and chose them because they had already done excellent roof work for me before. They also completed roofing on another property I own, so I have used the same roofer multiple times. I would not keep hiring the same roofing crew if their workmanship, communication, and service were not consistently strong. During the project, Frederick helped with skylight selections with my permission, and the roofing team handled that part professionally. From tear-off to installation, everything was explained clearly, and the process matched my understanding from start to finish. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and focused on quality roofing work. One thing that matters to me is that roofing jobs are inspected during the process and must meet code before the permit is closed. This roof passed inspection, which gave me even more confidence that the shingles, flashing, and overall installation were done the right way. That kind of result does not happen without solid workmanship and attention to detail. The home had storm-related roof damage, which is why I moved forward with the replacement. The new roofing system was installed with durable impact-resistant shingles that are a smart fit for Chino weather, where strong sun and heat can really wear on a roof over time. I appreciated that the roofer recommended materials built for long-term performance and protection. There were also questions raised about the gutters, but any gutter wear that existed was related to prior storm damage, not the roof installation itself. The gutters were still working, so I chose not to

After a strong wind storm damaged our roof and we noticed a leak, company: Fj Zam Roofing responded fast and came out to inspect everything. Once they confirmed we needed a full roof replacement, roger walked us through the insurance claim process and helped keep it moving without stress. They explained the roofing work in simple terms, answered our questions, and made the whole project feel easy from start to finish. The crew installed a new metal roof on our home, and the workmanship was excellent. The job site was kept neat, the materials looked high quality, and the finished roof looks great while giving us peace of mind. derek and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and they treated our property with care and respect. After they finished, cleanup was so thorough you could barely tell they had been there. If you need roof repair, leak detection, or a full new roof, frederick and the team are a great choice.

jared is very detailed and trustworthy with his roofing work. A while back, he installed a beautiful new roof for us, and the whole job was done with real care and skill. After a strong storm, an old satellite dish we were no longer using came loose and was hanging near the roof edge. As soon as we reached out, he fit us into the schedule right away and came by to help. roger and the crew removed the satellite, checked the shingles, secured everything back in place, and repaired the small roof damage that had been caused. They also took extra time to inspect the surrounding roofing area and make sure the roof was sealed up and protected from future weather. It is clear they take pride in their roofing service, communication, and cleanup. i highly recommend this crew for any roof repair, shingle work, or full roofing job.
