We used this service twice to fix the leak in 2 consecutive years and charged a total of $1500 for the leak that Jose didn't fix. The leak is still occurring up to this date. He doesn't provide any written documents (written proposal or receipt). We just got another roofer who explained and questioned certain areas that Jose supposedly fixed. We got the impression that not only he didn't fix the leak that's why it keeps leaking but also his work on other area was not adequate.

I would not recommend this vendor. Was rude to my employees and the quality of work was sub par.

We use affordable roofing for all of our properties (commercial and residential) . They always do everything right, the first time. Their pricing is always very competitive, so they are the only roofers we use...

I had a cement tile roof that needed to be replaced. I also had roof mounted solar panels, sagging rain gutters and some dry rotted facia boards. I had three roofing contractors come out and give me an estimate. Two of the three said I would have to arrange to have my solar panels removed on my own. Two of the three said they would remove and repair my rain gutters only if necessary. Affordable Roofing gave me an estimate for the entire project. They arranged for the solar panels to be removed and reinstalled. They removed ALL of my rain gutters and replaced all of my damaged facias. Some of the damage was hidden by my rain gutters. After repairing the facias, they reinstalled my sagging rain gutters and added supports to avoid sagging in the future. After adjusting the other two estimates for NOT removing my solar panels, I found the Affordable estimate to be nearly identical to the next closest bidder. However, since Affordable removed all of my gutters they found and repaired damage that may not have shown up until a few years later. This would have inevitably been more costly to repair later. As a bonus, they gave my rain gutters a "tune up" which would have been an additional expense elsewhere. An additional benefit, since Affordable contracted for the solar removal and reinstallation, they (Affordable) assumed responsibility for any leaks or damage to the roof caused by the solar panel reinstallation. I would definitely recommend Affordable Roofing for your roofing project.

I am a repeat customer for two houses in Chino Hills. Excellent customer service. On time! Easy to communicate with. Appreciate that they share videos and pictures as I do not want to go up the roofs myself. Ask for Jose.

They are definitely an experience company that does roofing. We also had a furnace put in and they worked with our air-conditioning company to have it installed. I would definitely give them a five star excellent company.

This is one of the most professional and quality roofing company any one can count on. They replaced 2 existing roofs with Cool Roofs and tuned up another one for me. Great service and a price you can on.
