  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE TO INSTALL A STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF! They did a horrible job and parts of the roof are falling apart, sliding apart, and coming off of the house. We have had them come out to assess the issues, they agreed it looked bad, and now they are gaslighting us and not returning calls. It is literally the worst metal roof I have ever seen. Two other roofing companies came out and they said that the installation was done so poorly and incorrectly. While oil canning is always a possibility with metal roofs...due to poor installation ours is worse than to be expected. The entire roof is compromised and it looks like we are going to have to seek legal representation to get things resolved.

  Jim Sands Roofing came highly recommended. The recommendation was right! The work was performed as specified and in a timely and professional manner. Communication during the work was excellent with Kym keeping me informed of some sheathing that needed to be replaced during the work. Hunter Sands was very professional and courteous as the estimator and project manager. I'm a satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

  If you are looking for an outstanding roofing company, we highly recommend Jim Sands Roofing. They did excellent work for us and their quality and customer service can’t be beat! They were also super fast on responses with questions, etc. Two thumbs WAY UP!! :)

  I’ve known the Sands family for a long time, so when it came time to redo our roof, there was no question who I was going to call. We still did our due diligence and got a few quotes from other companies — and they were significantly higher. Keith personally came out to assess everything and provided a very fair and honest estimate. From start to finish, his crew completed the entire job in just one day, and the results were outstanding. Their knowledge, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship truly show in the finished product. It’s rare to find a company that combines integrity, skill, and efficiency the way they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a full replacement. You won’t be disappointed!
