Would not recommend this company. If I could put less than 1 star I would. Our roof isn't even 3 years old & leaks. It wasn't completed in the quoted timeframe & the crew didn't clean up hardly anything when they left.

Prompt, efficient, completely done in a day and a half, and thoroughly cleaned up my property to the condition it was before the start of the roof replacement.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about James roofing and the owner himself! We were in the process of selling our house and our roof needed to be replaced. We tried to negotiate with the buyers but they backed out. We then decided to replace the roof ourselves, however did not have the finances available until we sold our house. James roofing without knowing how long it would take to sell, offered to replace the entire roof and wait until closing to get paid! It all worked out! The first nice day (this was early March in SD!!) his crew was at my house before I left for work and gone before I got home and I’m telling you, my drive way and lawn was not only picked up, it was better than before they came! James roofing is amazing and very easy to work with and promptly responded to any message! Thank you!!

We recently bought a home that had their roof re-done by James Roofing & Construction BEFORE we owned it. After a storm blew through shortly after taking ownership, we lost shingles and were super bummed out. We called to ask about any type of warranty or guarantee. They assured us that it was fully guaranteed and came immediately the NEXT DAY. Great communication, great service! Thank you!

We were in a pinch to get our roof replaced due to house sold but needed the roof replaced before close date. Contacted Mark at James Roofing to see what they could do for us, they were booked out but managed to get us a crew before the close date. Crew came in and re-shingled the roof in a day. We were glad they took the time to help us. We have used James Roofing for all our roofing needs over the past years and have always done a great job. Thanks Mark, Don, Chad and the rest of the crew for making it happen.
