  If professionalism had a name, it would be Jose and his company. From beginning to end his communication and customer care were beyond exceptional. He ensured that all questions were answered, all timelines were met, and we weren’t left in the dark about anything in the roof and gutter repair process. I cannot speak anymore highly about Jose and his work execution.

  I had a leak near my chimney. I was really worried that I was facing an expensive repair. Jose came by exactly when he told me he would and took a very thorough look around. He determined it was some maintenance issues that could easily be fixed with some caulk. He volunteered to come back on Weds. and caulk. He showed up on Weds and sent me pictures of all the work he did. Amazing to find someone who keeps their word and doesn't try to upsell you on something you don't need! I'll be calling him in the future for any roofing needs.

  Andy did an all star job on my roof and assisting me with navigating the insurance claim with my company. I’ve known him since he was a teen and it’s wonderful seeing him grow into a great young man effectively managing a business of his own. I would recommend him to anyone needing any roof work.

  After getting the runaround from a few roofing companies, working with Jose was a great experience. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my roof. What I really appreciated was that he provided photos of the issue and walked me through what I was looking at so I could understand the problem and the recommended fix. It turned out to be a relatively minor repair, and he didn't try to upsell me or make it seem bigger than it was. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and Jose earned mine. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

  Let me just say this. I’ve been in the home service business for many years. Jose, is and will be the most trusted person I have ever met. I’m good with plumbing, electrical, appliances. But, if I want my clients to have the same service I give them, I call Jose for their roofs. Because, I trust Jose and know in his heart and soul , that he will take care of my clients. He has stopped severe roof leaks in homes for me while the storm is still present. To penciling a leak we found in my clients bathroom making sure there was no longer a leak. And there was no longer a leak! When Jose installs a new roof, I never get call backs on shingles, over air gaps, vents, etc… he knows the old school way of installing new roofs and Jose is a treasure. I know at some point everybody is going to want some Jose and I’m just happy I have him!!!

  We are very pleased with our roof repair work that J Trevino Roofing recently completed. Jose is a true professional that communicated with us throughout the whole process.   I cannot say enough good things about Jose with J Trevino Roofing. Every time it rained, water was leaking out of my daughter’s bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. Because my roof is very high, I couldn't get up there myself to see what was going on. I texted Jose, and he came out the exact same day to look at the problem. He was incredibly easy to talk to, went up on the roof, and immediately diagnosed the issue. He took pictures to show me that an old plastic vent cap was cracked. To my surprise, he went ahead and patched it up with caulking right then and there at no charge just to buy me some time and stop the leaking. I’m not going to take advantage of his kindness. As soon as the rainy season clears up, I will absolutely be hiring Jose to do the permanent vent cap replacement. He was a godsend and I highly recommend J Trevino Roofing to anyone looking for an honest contractor. Thank you so much for your time, Jose!

  Jose helped get my roof replaced and sheetrock fixed from water leakage inside my house. He worked with the insurance company to get as much money as possible and did a great job on my roof. I would definitely hire Jose again.
