Your guys came and put a new roof on my home and left a mess everywhere. I firmly believe that a job isn't finished until everything is cleaned up. Someone else picked your mess up even though I said it wasn't theirs. I feel obligated to …

Hi Gregg, thanks for taking the time to share this. We take cleanup very seriously and always try to leave every property looking better than we found it 👍 In fact, many of our 5-star reviews specifically mention how thorough our team is about cleaning up the job site ☺️ I did take a look through our records from the past year and wasn’t able to find a Gregg that we’ve completed a roof for, so I’d really appreciate the chance to learn a little more and make sure there hasn’t been a mix-up with another company. If you’re open to it, please give us a call and we’d be happy to look into it with you. And if this was our crew, we absolutely want to make it right. We always want our customers to feel taken care of 🙂

J&B was great to work with. They were quick and got repairs done in a very short time. I’d highly recommend reaching out to them for a quote.

J&B Superior Exteriors replaced our roof in a timely and professional manner. They were very straightforward and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them highly. They’ve replaced numerous roofs in our neighborhood.

This maybe an odd review. I did not choose to go with J&B to do my rain gutters, but I want to leave a positive review of their quoting process. It was fast, efficient, and very well done. if you can not tell I am very impressed. I will defiantly use them for future needs. FIVE STAR customer service.

J&B Superior Exteriors was great to work with. They replaced our roof last fall and our siding this spring. Their crew is professional and ensures the work site stays tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.
