  I hab roof rescue come and do a quote on my roof after the wind storm we had. Just a quote! I DID NOT HIRE THEM. To make myself clear. They ca.e to my house and started taking my roof off then my wife asked them what they are doing. They said they are here to tarp my roof and set the loose panels. She ask if they are going to tack all the loose panels and the response was we don't do that. So my question is. If you are never hired to do a job do you expect to get paid?

  PICK A DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANY. 2019 originally hired them to install an iceshield and fix a leak. sent people out 4 times. still leaks (2021) and no iceshield was installed. Charged $400 over the bid Enrique G initially gave us. It took them 4 months to show up the first time and the guy they sent (Nick) left roofing nails in the driveway, which we found in our tires, and trash in the yard. they eventually fixed the leak in the garage after 4 visits but the first laborer, Nick, caused a leak above a bedroom window which has caused damage to the wall and window trim. and before the office tries to deflect by saying we're not a customer, S.Binni is the customer name. so do you want to fix it or should we pay a professional and send you the bill?

  I ordered new gutters for my house. The ones with the screens covering so the debris can't collect in the gutters. The salesman came by, we discussed what I wanted, everything was fine... NOT. The crew finally shows up two days late which isn't really that big of a deal. The problem was that there was only one guy that barely spoke English. He didn't seem like he even had a clue what the work order said. I had to watch their every move because they tried at every opportunity to cut corners and not do the order as promised. First, they brought the wrong color gutters, so they had to go get the right ones. I had ordered gray gutters with an off white downspout by the front door to match the siding. They brought off white gutters. Then they were just going to leave the old downspouts. I ordered chains at all downspouts except the one at the front door. I had to tell them 5 times. Still they tried to leave the old downspout by the door. It's like they don't know it's already been quoted. If I pay for a new downspout , I want a new downspout. They had to unload the truck to finish it. I am not confident that the screens covering the gutters are right either. He was talking about only covering part of it. I guess I am going to have to pull out a ladder and see if I can tell if it's right. Why would someone order screens only to leave gaping holes in the cover? I called the salesman and the office to tell them the poor workmanship I was getting. They reassured me but I am wondering if they will even come to look at the work done because they messed up the roof too. I didn't know the pipe boots weren't installed correctly when they did my roof after the storm a few years back. They did fix it for free. I would watch their every move if you hire this company as to not get ripped off.

  Had Roof Rescue come out for a quote, a month later I got the quote. After shopping around for other roofers decided to go with Roof rescue. The only communication beyond signing the quote was that they would be at my house at 8am the next day (Saturday) and never showed up and never called to reschedule. When I called the sales rep he was told the roofers are on sight. Was never given a choice as to what kind of roof they would put on, and they choose a TPO membrane roof without explaining what that was. After they no showed without a courtesy call, I called to speak with a manager or owner to see if they would adjust the quote to keep my business and was told no. Luckily and unluckily for me my insurance company is not paying for my roof so I have severed the contract and fired Roof Rescue and will be hiring another roofer to complete the job. After speaking with other dis satisfied roof rescue customers I am confident that I'm making the best choice for my property.

  Within a few weeks after the installation of my new roof, we had a rain storm. I was sitting in my family room, which is on the bottom floor of my split level, when water started dripping from a light fixture in the ceiling. I had to use two buckets to catch the water, which was dripping steadily. I called the owner, immediately, and he told me there wasn't anything he could do until the next day. He assured me that his roofing crews were very good, but they can make mistakes. The "mistake" they made was not using the correct flashing around the chimney. That's not a mistake, that's unacceptable workmanship. I never heard from Mark, the owner, again. I called the Supervisor to voice my concern about the possibility of more water inside my walls. He assured me that this would be discussed at their next Monday meeting and that I would most assuredly hear back from him. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from anybody.

  I contacted Roof Rescue 1-2 times a week for *months* to try to get them to schedule a repair. I have finally given up and will try someone else. I would not have given them so many chances if they had not been recommended by a friend.

  Sorry for the inconvenience. We would like to accept all of the work we are offered but sometimes our production capability cannot keep up with the requests we get. Sometimes I make the mistake of over-committing, and I am working on that.

  After another roofer informed me and two other neighbors that we needed to replace several damaged roof vents, we had Roof Rescue provide a second estimate. Not only was Roof Rescue’s pricing better, we learned only one of the three roofs needed work done. Thank you Roof Rescue for your honesty and efficient work.

  Enrique, Brie, and the roof carpenters were excellent to work with on our roof replacement. Enrique went the extra mile with patience in helping us choose shingles. The carpenters were professional and cleaned up so well it didn’t even look like there had been so much work done the same day. Brie did a great job behind the scenes orchestrating the whole endeavor. I wholeheartedly recommend Roof Rescue.

  I've known Mark and members of his team both professionally and personally for several years now. Recently, I contacted Mark as we needed our roof inspected and repaired as part of a home sale agreement. Mark and his team delivered above and beyond service from the inspection to coordinating and getting the job done. They also were upfront about the anticipated costs to complete the project and followed their estimate which is a rare find these days. I would not recommend anyone but them for all your roofing needs if you live within the Roof Rescue servicing area.

  We had this company come out to do our roof and Fascia. they did a quality job but I took a star off because they need to be careful who they contract through as some of the crews that came out where a joke and messed around and did a bad quality job resulting in parts of it needing to be redone. Overall I would recommend this company as the end product was done well.

  Stellar customer service and top-notch professionalism. We had a project that was so small it may not have even been worth their time but through it all we were treated like VIP clients. It's obvious they genuinely care about both the quality of their work and the people they serve.
