Left a mess around the house with the screws that were taken out of the roof and still had leaks from the roof. I've had to replace tires on lawn equipment due to this. Communications sucks. This company even lost the first check I gave them to pay for services, then waited 3 days later to call to inform me. This company even had the balls to contact me for a review, a day ago. Well here is your review. Will not ever use again and I do not advise anyone else to use.

Stopped by to get a quote for a new construction roofing job. Provided all the dimensions and information that was asked and was told I should hear something from the manager late that day or the next day. I still have not heard from them and that was two months ago. You have to rate at least 1 star in order to post. That is the only reason it is 1 star.

We had a roof leak which led to water seepage into a bedroom wall. They gave us a detailed proposal and a fair price. The work quality to repair, replace and refinish was top notch. I hope we don’t need their services again but if we do we’ll definitely call them.

We appreciate you choosing J & B Construction and remain available if you ever require further assistance with your home.

J & B repaired a difficult angle on a joined roof expansion of the farm house we purchased this year. They were very responsive, professional, and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Repaired in one day! They did a lot of work for us on our previous 126 year old home in Birmingham beginning w the roof but expanding into structural repairs following that great experience and the difficulty we had experienced finding contractors in that market we could rely on. 100% recommend them!

J&B Construction is a top level contractor for all your needs. They mapped out my house with a drone and kept extremely detailed notes on all work done so dealing with insurance was easy. With over 20 years of experience, Jay identified what was worked on in the past without me having to tell him. He even come over and walked in the ice when the roads were closed and repaired a busted water pipe. He and his crew became friends with my pets and worked around them. J&B Construction is truly a family business.

Came to assess the roof fast. They were honest and knowledgable about the damage to my roof. My new roof looks great and now that my roof is ventilating properly, the second floor isnt crazy hot anymore and my 1st power pill was almost $100 cheaper.. in July! One of the hottest months.

  Reply from the business

We're glad we could get to your roof quickly and that the repairs have made such a noticeable difference in your home's comfort and energy bills. It sounds like the ventilation improvements paid off big-time! We appreciate your business and the positive feedback.
