Unilaterally decided to butcher a 25 year old cedar hedge between my neighbour and my property. Neighbour had the work done. Then proceeded to tell me when the rest was going to be taken down, as if the contractor had the authority for …

Well , I will give you until Oct 9th 2026 to remove this false and defamatory review , I have a signed contract to remove the trees that were on you're neighbour's property , I did go to your house multiple times to give you a heads up of the work performed and you did not answer, the necessary hedges were cut back to perform the work safely and was told by the owner to remove all of the rest. You have no right to go on here and slander my business and even my customer had asked you why you did that and you shrugged it off. She told me you're father was self employed and so was hers and you should know better not to go and bash someone for no reason, I was hired to do a job and I did it , cleaned up well including any debris. Im sorry you lost privacy and had even offered for her to install a few new ones to replace the few we had to remove to perform the work safely , she refused and told me to take the rest down. If I were you I would remove you're review if I were you its unnecessary and untruthful.

Ivan has done two jobs for us now, a new roof build and the total rebuilding of our outdoor decks. All hsi work is first class, he is a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for renovation work on your home or cottage. I am sure we will be calling on him again!

W Fenwick, Nice photo. It clearly shows that the trees are owned by your neighbour so she legally has the right and did authorize Intricate Roofing to remove them. Your allegations are unfounded. It seems that your comments also suggest that your privacy is not your own responsibility. Unlike yourself, I am a customer of Inticate Roofing, and I am 100% Extremely Satisfied and I Highly recommend this company.

Contacted Intricate roofing to replace shingles on our shed and make repairs to our sheet metal overhang. Ivan was very quick to provide a quote which was reasonable for the size of the job. Work was completed as promised and cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I called about some loose roof shingles. Ivan came out that same day and took care of it. He showed up when he said he would and listened to my concerns. He reassured me on the condition of the roof and charged a reasonable amount.

Generous Help During Ottawa Storm Outage May 2022 Hands down one of the most down to earth, honest, reliable and committed individuals/companies to serve the Ottawa and surrounding area. WITHOUT POWER FOR SEVEN DAYS and no way to save food, run a shower, do the simplest of things as staying connected with family and friends, Ivan swooped into our neighborhood here in Barrhaven and provided four houses with power!!!!!! His generosity helped 18 people and provided us with the normal day to day luxuries, we seamlessly take for granted. We didn't even know Ivan but there he was, walking the neighborhood, offering his services to anyone that needed it. He even drove an hour, at midnight to ensure that we were up and running and had the power we needed - all with a smile and a great sense of humor to add. We cannot sincerely thank Ivan enough and have already sung his praises to family, friends and neighbors. Anyone looking for a stand up guy who will treat you like family and do quality work - this is him. Ivan we look forward to working with you in the future. You really went above and beyond, especially in our time of need. Thank you!
