Be careful if you hire. They upcharged us twice after work got started (once for $1000 and once for $1400) for items that were addressed on the estimate. They were also the most expensive out of three companies considered. …

Intown did a great job with our roof. They were able to diagnose a problem that was previously misdiagnosed, and they offered very reasonable pricing with clear communication and terms. They brought over shingle samples so we could choose exactly what we wanted, and they completed the job in a single day. We're very happy with how our new roof looks, and we feel secure with the materials used and the warranties offered.

We had a good experience with Intown Roofing/Intown Craftsmen. They replaced our leaky roof quickly and did a professional job. The cost was in line with the estimate, and the office communicated well throughout the process.

Intown Roofing was amazing. Not only was the work world class quality, but it was also completed in record time. They obtained the permits within a day or two and had the entire roof and tresses replaced within a week. Luke and Russ were …

I had a very positive experience with Intown Roofing for our roof repair. All emails or phone calls were followed promptly with a response from Deb--she was knowledgeable and eager to assist us. The repair itself was smooth and much easier than I had expected. Best of all, the cost was 1/3 of what was quoted by other companies. I really appreciate their work.

I have relied on Intown Craftsman for handyman repairs, but recently I needed roof repairs. The team did not fail! We discovered openings in the eaves of our porch roofline when a possum managed to gain access to our attic. Intown Roofing …

We recently had an active roof leak and another company wouldn't even quote us for a repair. They said we needed a new roof, even though ours is only about 11 years old. I called Intown Roofing for a second opinion, as referred by a …

I hired INR last week. The owner, Russ Melton, came out and gave me a fair and comparable price. The workers were on time, professional and efficient. I had prepared for the job to take longer than quoted- but they finished on time as promised. Very happy!

We had a huge cross-country move, and Russ and his team worked with us by phone, took care of everything, and even helped us out one very late night when we didn't have keys - can't recommend them enough!
