Called to get an estimate and tried to explain my situation and the guy put me on hold mid sentence. Rude.

This may be a scam. An automated life-like AI bot will answer and transfer you. I dialed a few other and the same bot is working several separate companies around the area. When they connect you and ask what company you are talking to, they have no idea what number you dialed and mention another one!

Rivera Brothers Roofing & Construction put a new roof on my house, and it was badly needed. That reroof really helped protect my home during a big storm in Decatur, and I did not lose a single shingle. Scott came out himself to inspect the roof, explain the estimate, and answer my questions, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew showed up on time as scheduled and finished the job in just a few days. They removed the old rock roof, installed architectural shingles on the main house, and put rolled roofing on the garage. The workmanship was solid, the cleanup was handled well, and the new roofing system has held up great in the hot Georgia weather and heavy rain. I had already heard good things from friends who used them for roofing work, so I felt confident hiring them, and I would definitely use them again if I ever need roof work in the future.

We own several rental properties that had storm damage, and the roofs were replaced by a roofing crew that also handled our personal home. They were very easy to work with from start to finish. Todd stayed on top of the whole project and managed our home along with several of the rental roofs. The team worked smoothly with the insurance company, coordinated the skylight repair, arrived on schedule, and delivered solid workmanship. They also communicated well with our property managers, which made the roofing process much easier. In the hot weather, they still kept the job moving and finished everything in a professional way. This was a much better experience than with other roofers we have used before, and we highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond after a recent storm damaged my commercial roof. The crew came out the next day to inspect the damage, explained the insurance process in simple terms, and let me know I qualified for a full roof replacement through my coverage. They worked directly with my insurance company and made the whole roofing claim much easier. I was able to get my new roof, gutters, and custom metal work fully replaced through insurance. After seeing the quality of the roof repair and replacement work, other nearby businesses also chose them. Very impressed with the service, communication, and overall roofing results.

Levi came to my home when I first reached out about a roof replacement. He was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to, with no pressure at all. He clearly explained what the roofing crew would do, from removing the old shingles to installing the new roof system, and everything was done just like he said. Out of the four roofing quotes I received, this one was the most affordable and offered great value. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and completed the job with strong workmanship and attention to detail. After the tear-off and new shingle roof installation, everything looked clean and well finished. There have been no problems since the work was completed. My new shingle roof looks excellent and gives me real peace of mind, especially with the heat, sun, and storms we get in Decatur. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable roofing service, quality installation, and a roof they can count on for years.

Working with Rivera Brothers Roofing & Construction was easily the best roofing and gutter service experience I’ve had. Todd came out to inspect the roofline and gutter system, took careful measurements, explained what work was needed, and gave me a fair quote right away. After I put down the deposit, an opening came up quickly and the crew was able to get started almost immediately, which was a huge help. Levi replaced all the gutters on my home, cleaned up the drainage areas, and handled exterior washing in about a day and a half. From what I could see, the workmanship was excellent, and everything looked clean, solid, and professionally finished. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area picked up, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. In the end, the price stayed exactly as quoted with no unexpected charges. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Decatur needing roofing, gutters, or related exterior work.

We had roof damage after strong winds and lost several shingles. A neighbor gave me the name of Rivera Brothers Roofing & Construction, and i called. pedro came out quickly to inspect the roof, explained the issue clearly, and said he would return in a couple of days. he showed up exactly as promised and got right to work. He replaced the missing shingles with matching ones, checked the surrounding roof system carefully, and also found some older damage that had been missed before. Before starting, he took photos of the problem areas, and after the repair he shared photos showing the finished work, which really helped us understand what was done. That extra care and clear communication stood out. we were very pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism, and how smoothly the whole roofing repair process went. when he said he would do something, he followed through. The service felt honest, dependable, and well organized, and we would absolutely use them again for future roofing needs.

In short, this roofing company is one of the few crews i have found that truly cares about doing the roof the right way, not just finishing fast. We bought our current house knowing it would need a full roof replacement soon, so we spent a long time comparing roofing bids and options. Their estimate came in higher than the others, and we had to really think it through. In the end, we chose them because they stayed focused on quality, were willing to work around a few special requests like coordinating chimney work and replacing skylights, and clearly understood the roofing materials, flashing, ventilation, and install methods they recommended. What stood out most was that the added cost seemed tied to better underlayment, better roofing products, extra care, and a longer warranty. That gave us confidence we were paying for long-term protection, not just a quick install. Looking back, it was absolutely worth it. During the project, i checked the roof often and could see the workmanship was clean and consistent from start to finish. The shingles, flashing, roof vents, and other materials all looked high quality. No shortcuts were taken. In fact, the crew even brought in extra material to make sure everything was done correctly instead of doing only the minimum scope. levi and the team also handled small details we did not expect, which made the finished roof even better. They improved some vent runs, used better roof vent covers for the bathroom exhaust, and made the flashing look neat and seamless. In a place like Decatur, where heat, sun, heavy rain, and storms can really wear on a roofing system, it was reassuring to see that kind of attention to detail. The finished roof looks excellent and gives us real peace of mind. If you have a roofing project coming up and want a roofer who cares about how your roof will protect your home for many years, this is a great choice. The price may be a little higher, but the final result, durability, and overall value made it well
