This may be a scam. An automated life-like AI bot will answer and transfer you. I dialed a few other and the same bot is working several separate companies around the area. When they connect you and ask what company you are talking to, they have no idea what number you dialed and mention another one!

This company does not seem legit. Tried to call this number for an inspection of our roof after a leak, and told me we "didn't qualify"? We live 2 miles from the town listed. Seems scammy.

Vargas & Sons Roof Repair did an amazing job after strong wind and heavy rain left my roof damaged and caused some water stains inside. As a new homeowner, I was nervous and had a lot of questions, but the whole roofing process was explained in a simple and professional way from start to finish. I had contacted a few contractors before, and it was hard to find a crew that could handle both the roof repair and the interior damage, so it was a relief to work with a team that could take care of everything. Even when the shingles I wanted were temporarily backordered, I was kept updated right away as soon as they became available. Communication was excellent, including text updates when I could not take calls during the day, which made the whole project much easier with my busy schedule. The crew worked efficiently, replaced the roof on both my house and garage in one day, and the inside ceiling repair came out looking fresh and like new. With the heat, storms, and heavy rain that roofs often deal with in GA, it gave me real peace of mind to know the new roof was installed properly. I highly recommend them for roof replacement, roof repair, and related exterior home work.

I chose to replace my old roof after storm and hail damage started causing problems. A neighbor strongly recommended a roofing contractor, so I scheduled a full roof inspection. Once the project got underway, hidden wood rot beneath the shingles and some structural concerns were discovered, but the roofing crew, carpenters, and painters worked together smoothly and handled everything the right way. The job stayed on schedule and was completed with great care. From the first roof assessment to the final cleanup, every part of the process was organized, professional, and efficient. The workmanship on the new roofing system was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. The project was explained clearly, paperwork and costs were easy to understand, and everything was documented well. They were also very helpful during the insurance claim process, which made a stressful situation much easier. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and dependable. They showed up early, worked hard throughout the day, and kept the property clean at the end of each shift. It was a very impressive roofing experience, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, storm damage repair, or related exterior work.

They replaced our old shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof, updated the rubber roof, and installed new skylights. They also strengthened the roof deck and completed every part of the roofing job exactly as promised. We were really impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail, and the way they kept the project moving smoothly from tear-off to final cleanup. This was a complex roofing project with several parts, but the crew handled it with real skill and experience. The metal roof panels fit well, the flashing work around the skylights looked clean, and everything was done the right way. In Scottdale, it is important to have a roof that can handle strong sun, heavy rain, and changing weather, and this new roof gives us a lot of confidence. The whole team did a great job on our roof, and we highly recommend them for roofing work.

In the middle of the night, lightning hit my home and damaged the roof. A friend had a great experience with a roofing company and strongly recommended them for a full roof replacement the next morning. I called right away, and the roofer was very professional. They even came out the same day to tarp the whole roof so rain later that day would not cause any leaks or water damage. I was amazed by how fast the roof replacement was completed and how fair the price was. The crew was skilled, responsive, and easy to work with, and the new roofing system looks great and feels solid. Excellent roofing service and one of the best roofers I have worked with.

Vargas & Sons Roof Repair is an excellent, professional, and very knowledgeable roofing company. They were not only skilled, but also kind and understanding of what my home needed. The owner made helpful suggestions and looked at everything like it was his own house. He focused on the most cost effective way to fix each problem area while still delivering high quality roofing work. The work at my home included roof repairs, soffit and fascia work, new gutters and gutter guards, and other exterior improvements that helped protect the house. They also pointed out a few trouble spots around the roofline and ventilation areas that I had not noticed, then explained my options clearly. Their attention to detail really gave me confidence that the job was being done the right way for a home in Scottdale. The crew was amazing to watch. They worked like a well organized team, with each person handling a part of the job and cleaning up as they went. They were fast, efficient, and still took time to check in with me, answer questions, and include me in decisions. They went above and beyond when they found other areas that needed attention and helped improve everything they could. I have never worked with a crew like this before. Their workmanship, communication, and customer care were outstanding from start to finish. My neighbors have commented on how great the house looks, and I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. I received excellent customer service from everyone involved, and I am very happy with the results.

We highly recommend this roofing team. We had a great experience from start to finish. They replaced our roof, gutters, trim, and a few sections of siding after storm damage. The whole process was smooth, and the work helped protect our home from heavy rain, heat, and everyday weather in Scottdale. The communication was clear the entire time, and they explained the roofing job details in simple terms while answering all our questions. The crew arrived on time, followed proper safety steps, worked fast and carefully, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was done. It was also a nice surprise that the final cost was lower than the original estimate. Very professional service, quality workmanship, and excellent results. We are extremely happy with our choice.

I’m extremely pleased with the roofing service. I called over the weekend expecting to wait until the next business day, but they still returned my call quickly and set up an inspection for the very next day, with flexible scheduling. Before that, my husband and I had contacted several other roofing companies over a few weeks just trying to get someone to look at a roof leak, and no one followed up after we left messages. This company was different from the start. The roofer arrived on time, inspected the shingles and roof area carefully, found the source of the leak, and completed the roof repair right away. The whole experience was professional, responsive, and stress-free. They clearly know roofing work and took care of the leak before it could turn into a bigger problem, especially with the heat and storms we often get in GA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or leak service.
