Unmatched professionalism. The crew showed up on time and finished in a more than timely manner. Michael went above and beyond, taking photos and keeping me posted on the progress. The new roof looks great. Ten out of ten, recommend Integrity Roofing and Restoration.

Hired to replace some rotted trim around dormers and chimney along with a few pieces of siding. Micheal started work and discovered more siding and trim were damaged than he estimated. Without seeking additional monies (bait and switch), Micheal absorbed the added material and labor cost. I’m happy!!

After the heavy rain yesterday, our son told us this morning that he noticed a wet spot mark on his bedroom ceiling. We called Michael as he'd repaired a bathroom vent flashing leakage issue for us 3 weeks after we purchased our home in 2020 and again in September 2023 when we had a leakage issue. Each time his service was very quick and efficient. After our call this morning, he came out about an hour later and fixed the issue around the gas heater vent. With all the rain in the forecast, we were worried we'd have to wait for scheduling. He had the issue fixed by lunch time! Excellent service and he provided us pictures of the issue and repair.

A large limb fell, damaging a garage roof, knocking down a new gutter and damaging fascia and other trim. Michael, the owner of Integrity, came out within a day or so of my call to look at the work. It involved removing the damaged parts of the roof, repairing framing, reroofing, retrimming, making a new gutter, and painting. He gave a reasonable price which was accepted, and within the week, started and spent the hours necessary to complete the job that day. He provided the evidence of insurance before starting and left the job neat. The work was done as we agreed, and l thought it looked good. I will call him again.
