  Do NOT and I repeat do NOT go with this company. I have had many of leaks since my roof was installed 3 years ago. I had another one and the company has completely ghosted me. Had another roofer come by to check the work said they reused old roofing parts that should have been new when the roof was installed. They will not return a phone call, text message, email or online appointment me request. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

  You ever hear someone should have told me...These people are not honest, I call them a shady company, it hard enough to get good construction companies for you business or home repairs or remodeling, but when you are told ahead of time , keep it moving if you want honest workers...here your you were told, these are not very honest people get a second opinion on what they say and watch them like a hawk if for some reason you contract with. In my experience they will cut corners and try and get you to pay for things you should not. That is my experience

  Company originally asked me to take the review down so they could "make it right." You guessed it, the review came down and nothing has changed. BE CAREFUL when dealing with the owner and this company. BBB CASE#: 11132344

  This is a complete untruth. The job is not paid. His unpaid balance is $2,160.45. And the work that he claims was not done was not included in the scope of work. I believe this will be going to court for collections.

  I can only say that I am sorry that this happened. I really do take pride in our work, big or small jobs. I don't have any recollection of this. Give us another chance and I'll give you some service on me.

  I have been searching for a contractor to do extensive work on my home. I have not been able to find one, but I ran across Chris at AMI and I am very excited to work with him. He seems very knowledgeable and reliable. Based on the reviews and my conversation with him, I believe I am in good hands.

  It's difficult to find an honest contractor that will provide a reasonable price with quality work, but AMI/Redemption is that exception. Chris gave an informative estimate about what it would cost to replace all of our ridge vents and then had them replaced the following day. Communication with him and all his staff was very quick and professional, and the quality of work seems to be very good. We'll definitely contact them again for future repairs and would recommend them to those in the Fuquay area.

  AMI was quick with getting me an inspection report for my roof along with contacting the insurance company. AMI took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and met the adjuster onsite to review the claim and inspection report. Installed the new roof quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend AMI for all your roofing and insurance claim needs.

  The roof work was done right. No problems whatsoever. Ashley was with us every step of the way throughout. She made our experience much more easier. We will use AMI again.
