Terrible customer service, watched them tear down a competitor sign and replace with theirs .

  Reply from the business

Hi Matt, I was able to review our records and looks like we have never had any opportunity to work with you or any interactions that warrant a response on our customer service. I am sorry you feel this way and would like an opportunity to change your mind. In regards to the signs, we do have signs posted and we regularly change out our OWN signs that are faded or damaged for new more visible ones. Out of principle, we DO NOT remove competitor signs to replace them with our own. We believe the golden rule of do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You must have been mistaken in what you thought was being done. Best regards - IRNR

Earlier this week we had our roof replaced by Integrity Roofing. We are so pleased with the final product! The communication with Travis from when we first reached out to him, to his punctual and hardworking crew, and the clean up during and at completion, everything went very smoothly. We would highly recommend Integrity Roofing!

Travis was very professional. His crew were super efficient and their work was outstanding. They showed up and finished when they said they would. And, they cleaned up as if they were never here.

Integrity Roof exceeded every expectation! I had been struggling with a roof leak and another company kept returning without fixing the issue — and eventually told me I needed a whole new roof. I have a metal roof that should last 50+ years, so that just didn’t make sense. I reached out to Integrity Roof, and I was blown away by their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. They came out the same day, inspected everything thoroughly, and immediately reassured me that my roof did not need to be replaced. They made a few precise adjustments, explained everything clearly, and the leak is now resolved. They were truly a breath of fresh air — no pressure, no upselling, just genuine care and expertise. I’m so grateful I found them. If you want a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Integrity Roof. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Travis made a special trip to inspect our roof that another company installed. He provided excellent information and guidance on how we could improve the current installation. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.
