My 2 star review is based on poor communication and follow through. When I hired them I was insured when the job would start and end. It was pushed a mouth out with only a week notice. I got a metal roof and it was supposed to only take 1 day… it took 3! During the process my items were broken, broken patio custom made light, my planter beside my garage and my fence gate. I had to press him for him to fix my gate and her gave me $100 for the light that was broken. He never compensated me for my planter. When it snowed the snow on my roof slide off the roof and created a 3ft pile in front of my garage and yard. It damaged my gutters also. After doing some research I found out that I should have had snow guards on my roof to prevent the snow from sliding. I was pissed! When I called to tell him about the damage that was done I only received excuses and the solution was for me him to give me an estimate for snow guards for $2,000. I told him this is ridiculous I hired him due to an insurance claim and as the professional why didn’t you tell me I needed snow guards. It was clear he didn’t know anything about metal roofs. He stated he would come fix my gutters… it’s still not done. It’s been months and I haven’t even received a phone call. He had time to pursue me for my business but now has not time to correct and make right what wrong that has been done. If you want a metal roof. Don’t hire them. Go with a company that specializes in metal roofs.

Every time I called, they always had some excuse for why they were not responsible for the roof. They failed to leave the extra shingles that I paid for, unlike other roofing companies. I had to have the flashing redone because the sealant they used was degrading. Karl Matte redid it when they fixed the chimney and used mortar to seal it. They did an excellent job.

FANTASTIC! Integrity 1st Roofing made my dreams come true! This coal box window has been a thorn in my side for the past 23 years. Not only did Dario, personally come out to talk to me about my project, he also brought colored samples and a sample of the siding he was going to use to see if it was a match. Dario responded quickly to every concern and question I had. He also showed up on the day of installation and removal, to make sure everything was running smoothly. He and his team cleaned up everything,! I cannot say enough about this team and company! And the siding is a perfect match! I mean perfect! He also took on another side project that I had concerns with as well as recaulking the vent from the furnace. .Thank you so much Dario, this could not have been done without you. If you are looking for a reputable, compassionate and skillful company, you would do best to contact Integrity 1st Roofing today!

We had Integrity 1st Roofing replace our gutters and gutter guards. The work was completed professionally in one day. Everything seemed to work properly during a recent heavy rain. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. The workers showed up unexpectedly. When I gave our deposit I was lead to believe the work would be done a few weeks out. I would have appreciated at least a day's notice. Secondly, I would have appreciated an English speaking employee accompanying the installers to help with positioning our vehicles and answering our questions. The installers were great but their English wasn't much better than my Spanish.

The team did a great job removing old gutters and installing new ones! The quoted amount was honored through all of the work (something you don't see a lot these days). Happy to work with Integrity First Roofing again in the future!
