  We are very happy with the new roof and gutters. After a slight miscommunication the technician was back out to our house and took care of the issues we had with the porch and garage roof. 3/13/26 this roof has been on less than a year. The shingles are very flimsy and lightweight.

  I wasn't expecting to give a one star review to Bone Dry. My husband's initial meeting with Matt Short went well and we were looking forward to having our metal roof put on with them. We had several issues throughout the process. The crew was unprofessional. We had to pick up their trash from their lunch and they even threw rib bones in the yard and one of our dogs got a hold of one and swallowed it whole. They also did a poor job of removing the trash from the job and we had to do a lot of pick up ourselves. We had garbage blowing to our neighbor's properties. One of my children witnessed one of the crew members urinating in our yard. He was not even discreet about it. This was very upsetting! After the project was completed, we had touch up work that needed to be done. My husband and I had to discover ourselves that a downspout was completely missed. It took a while for that to be taken care of and when it was done, we noticed it was a dull faded black color that doesn't even match the rest. We did like working with Joe and he did come to do some touch up work, but informed us he would have to come back again with help because he was sliding on the roof. We have yet to hear from anyone. The owner had sent an email at the beginning of the process saying to reach out with any questions or concerns. I sent an email to the owner in regards to my overall experience and sent a text message as well. We haven't heard back from anyone.

  Communication challenges, lack of attention to detail and a 'it's good enough' attitude. Disappointed in overall project planning, timeliness, quality and craftsmanship. New gutters leaked after the first rain and I had to call them out to fix it. I had to do part of the work in the estimate (painting) myself because they didn't do it properly. Additionally, I was billed for work that wasn't accomplished and had to highlight the issue to the office to get it removed. I am exploring other companies to fix some of Bone Dry's work.

  First time using Bone Dry Roofing. Very satisfied with service, timing and price. Installed 3 new bathroom roof vents and patched a hole in the attic. Service man definitely knew what he was doing!

  I had several roofers come to my house to check a leak and figure out where it was coming from, Bone Dry was the most professional and knowlegeable company by far. They assessed where the leak was coming from and offered several options about roof repair and other possible issues that might come up, but didn't pressure me on anything. Since they've repaired the roof its rained twice and no leaks noticed whatsoever. very happy I chose them to help.

  Bone Dry Roofing team members were very professional in every interaction with us! We got 5 quotes from different roofing companies for our full roof replacement using class 4 shingles. We had a very wide range of prices and chose Bone Dry because of the excellent value, quality, expertise and credentials that they offered. They kept in contact with us throughout the process, showed up when scheduled, documented work with lots of photos, completed the job and cleaned all debris from our property in one day! I used my binoculars to inspect the roof details and it looks great! I highly recommend them!
