Their neglect to install roof ventilation on my new metal roof led to serious condensation problems in my attic and mould growth. They failed to offer any help, suggestions, or support and just claimed it had nothing to do with the roof. …

These are not facts that have been posted about our company. These are the owners opinions that are not backed up by any professionals she has had access for homes problems. We have been tremendously helpful over the last three years of the situation we have offered help we've offered pointers none of which have had resolve her problem in her home. We've not been paying a penny for a work and we are currently in the middle of Court proceedings to determine if we are at fault which three years of inspections and other professionals opinions does not reflect the homeowners views or opinion. It would be nice if you would wait until our court proceedings have been finalized before you slander Us online Brenda. If the judge finds that all your statements are not correct then this would be taken as fraudulent.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job with the roofs in our strata complex. Very professional and tidy. A few of the folks in our complex mentioned how polite the team was. Highly recommend Infinity Roofing!

Eric Rae and the crew from Infinity Roofing are awesome. We chose this company because their rates are reasonable and they were responsive to our inquiries. Initially our roof project was scheduled for the summer. A winter storm caused a branch to pierce our roof. Eric expedited our project to that very week. Within three days, the crew completed the job. The workmanship was top quality. The attention to detail was impeccable. Moreover, the crew took pride in what they were doing and worked together like a well oiled machine. We are very thrilled with the outcome. We highly recommend Infinity Roofing for doing an outstanding job. Thanks to the entire team. Michele and Ed Esquimalt, BC

Fair pricing for both home and office strata building. Any product can have a problem but it’s how people deal with it. Had a small leak after and his crew was super responsive, coming to fix it on a holiday.

Eric is responsive, honest, and reliable. His team is hard-working, friendly and professional. They worked through the coldest week of 2021 to date only stopping when it was too dangerous to continue. Their work in progress held up to the 25cm snowfall. My new roof is beautiful and solid. It gives me joy and peace of mind. As long as you can be patient, Infinity Roofing delivers.
