  March 2026 edit: O have asked repeatedly for this company to stop contacting me, yet they keep emailing me and sending me messages. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Had them come out to give us an estimate. They sent us an estimate missing half the things. Tried contacting Brandon and Ghani multiple times, but haven't had a response. When they finally turned up they left a mess, couldn't prove they did the work (so instead of showing us a picture to prove the work on our chimney was done, they just didn't charge us for it, making us believe that they didn't actually do the work). Alsp, that they did not actually fix what they were supposed to fix, and now we have a damp spot on our ceiling. Do not use their services.

  Terrible! Hired them to do some remodeling and at first it was good but then there was a number of things (punch list) they were to fix and they never came back. There was also and issue with a toilet that they did a double wax ring instead of raising the flange! I end up having to pay $1500 to have it fixed! I contacted Infinity and they never did anything about it! You will be better off going with someone else!! Attached are just a couple items they were to correct and never did!

  These people did a good job but they didn't follow thru with the insurance company with photos before and after mold repairs and cost me over 7 thousand dollars out of pocket

  They did a great job on the flooring. The cabinets are very poor quality and I have had nothing but issues. Drawers are bowing and not closing. Insurance paid to replace door frames completely, Infiniti cut them and tried to patch them leaving seam lines. Insurance paid for a new window in the basement and Infiniti only replaced the bottom portion, so window doesn't open. They had to replace all trim on the main floor due to a flood. They didn't install any door stops, so none of the doors have the doorstops. They were supposed to replace all undermount lighting, underneath the kitchen cabinets, they left one empty. And never came back to add it once I reached out to them. They hung the dining room light fixture facing the wrong direction. They never returned to do any punch list, and it was a long list. I had to hire another contractor to come finish the work. When I sent Ghani the punch list he said I owed them 3K but couldn't tell me what it was for. They also put a large scratch in the paint on my car when brining in the granite.

  The team didn't follow directions and through some of my personal sentimental things in the dumpster. And when I asked them why they weren't staggering the plywood on my roof or why they didn't put the right size brackets on the trusses , the main guy told me because it was just a trailer. I immediately asked them to leave and I was still charged a ridiculous amount of money to pay for what they had already done. Even though I had to hire someone else to redo the work. I can't believe they even sent me this link to give them a review. I was being generous with my one star review.

  I started losing shingles immediately. The patch work on the front above the garage looks awful. I spent a day in my attic cleaning roof debris and nails. I’m lucky I didn’t have damage in my attic.

  I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They used some bad screws on the job and they are breaking and causing leaks (according to their roofer that came to check the troubled area). They refuse to honor my 10 year warrant and charged me $650 to glue down and seal the shingles also the area they “fixed” is leaking again and they said they won’t do anything for me. Worst decision on a 7k job!

  Hi Mary, Sorry to hear that you feel you had a poor experience with Infiniti, as we take pride in the integrity and workmanship of our company. Upon further investigation of your account, I see that we completed your roof replacement September 3,2021 and we didn't receive final payment until December 28, 2022. We also had to pursue legal action to only receive $100 monthly payments over several months, which was outside of our agreement. You also signed a certificate of satisfaction acknowledging that the work was complete and you were satisfied with the job. You left us a very positive review right after the work was completed. If you'd like copies of all of this documentation, please reach out to our office during regular business hours.

  Very disappointed. What was supposed to take two days took 6 weeks. A vanity install and wallpaper. Finished look is really awful. Damaged our moulding and just made excuses why they had to leave it that way. One wallpaper contractor was excellent but another crew came and ripped it out due to miscommunication with management.

  I had an emergency roof leak on a Friday afternoon and was frantically calling Roofers to come over to fix it because even more rain on the way but all of them were several days before they could come out except Infiniti. They came out on Saturday and fixed the leak. thanks for the great service!
