Im a roofing contractor and live out of state. My mom hired Bardin roofing for her roof restoration. It’s been a. disaster. The company believes it’s construction standard to destroy edge metal by cutting it. - instead of removing gutters …

Thank you for reaching out on behalf of your mother. We want every homeowner we work with to be fully satisfied, and we take concerns about workmanship seriously. We'd like to review this project directly. If you'll have your mother contact us — or reach out yourself with her address or job details — we'll pull the file, inspect the areas you've raised, and address anything that doesn't meet our standard. We're committed to making this right.

It's been 10 months now since this company knocked on my door then abandoned me after convincing me to file a claim that my insurance company denied. They stopped answering the calls and texts and claimed that they were requesting a reinspection from my Insurer. Ultimately, because there is now a claim and no repair, my insurance increased by over $1200 annually and their fake "Drone Report" evidently was unfounded. Don't let these people near your roof or insurance company. You will regret it.

Hey Kevin, We take this feedback seriously and want to address your concerns directly. We're sorry your experience did not meet the standard we hold ourselves to. Insurance restoration claims are ultimately decided by the carrier, and we understand how frustrating a denial and the resulting premium impact can be. That said, the communication gaps you describe are not acceptable, and we'd like the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly so we can review your file, clarify what happened with the reinspection request, and discuss how we can help. We'd welcome the chance to resolve this. — Greg, Bardin Roofing

Very disappointed in the consistent lack of communication. We initially spoke with Jonathan as he is one of our neighbors and asked if we wanted a quick drone inspection of our roof. We agreed, no problem! After the inspection we were told our roof had significant damage, a replacement through insurance would be no problem. Once we agreed to move forward is where our problems began. We have had technicians come by to inspect with no forewarning. Our salesman blames the tech, the tech blames sales, no big deal the roof is inspected by their tech. I am then told the inspector from the insurance is coming and it’s imperative a representative from Bardin roofing is there with the adjuster to make sure our replacement is approved. I get texts from the sales guy at 10:40 pm with things that can absolutely wait til normal hours. The day of the inspection, Bardin roofing of course doesn’t show up, running late with no prior communication. I speak with a manager named Alex who apologizes and says he’s taking over and not to worry. Our claim is of course denied, we reach out to Alex who assures us it will be re-inspected and not to worry they will get us taken care of. It’s been almost a week. No word from Alex, but our sales guy reached out for an update because I guess Alex never had a conversation with him. It’s been a week, and the reinspection was never scheduled. If you expect customer service and a responsive company, look elsewhere

Would NEVER recommend these people. Never sent a certified inspector! So don't believe what their website says. Convinced me they saw so much hail and wind damage with a drone that I let them file a claim on my homeowners insurance. They …

Hi Cindy, I’m sorry for that experience. We have to work in the process your insurance company provides. That is their process. The next step is for us to provide the insurance company a report that shows the damage they are denying is on the roof. You denied us access to provide that to your insurance company. We can still do that. We did not create the process, but we do know their process that leads to success. It sounds like we did everything we promised and are still willing to move forward. If there is anything else we can do, let us know. If we fell short, please let us know, but we can’t control the insurance companies process.

Hello. We apologize for your frustration here and i hate this happened. I am trying to figure out who this is? We usually keep up with our clients and their claim process. Bardin Roofing can't make a decision for the insurance company, but we do have engineer certified inspectors approve storm damages before moving forward with a claim. I would love to have a conversation to find out how some of our protocols were missed. Especially filing a 3rd claim with in a 3 year window. Again, I hear your frustration and apologize for that end result. If you were issued a repair estimate from your insurance company, we want to do the repair. This allows us to prove if the roof is repairable or non-repairable. We did have 2 team members pass away over the second half of 2024. We want to follow up to improve this situation. Please feel free to reach out at 770.576.5490

We have been very fortunate we have never had an Insurance Claim. Alex, Horace and Robert were extremely helpful in identifying the hail damage and assessing whether it was extensive enough to file an Insurance Claim. Bardin Roofing will get the materials from Owens Corning the next day and have them delivered to your driveway, the Roofing Team tears off the hail damaged roof and immediately begins the process of installing the underlayment and shingles. The Roofing Team utilizes Fall Protection Safety harnesses. The Roofing Team is just that a "TEAM" that coordinates well and works well with each other. Seems that Safety for each other is a Top Priority. Alex and Horace are clearly Top shelf Project Managers who will hold your hand throughout the Project but that is not necessary because once they accept your Project they are explaining and defining the scope of work. Your questions are answered and it is a Wonderful Finished Product once your Project is finished. Jeff and Teresa Canton, GA

I cannot recommend Bardin Roofing highly enough! They recently replaced our roof, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our project manager, Briggs, was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and manageable. The workmanship is excellent—the new roof looks fantastic. True to their business model, the crew completed the entire roof in just one day, and the cleanup afterward left my yard looking as if they had never been there. It's rare to find a company that combines quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and professionalism so well. If you need a new roof, you need to call Bardin Roofing

These guys flew the drone and walked all over our roof and found damage. They worked with our insurance company and got everything approved and paid for by them minus the deductible. They were professional, reliable, clean, considerate and super easy to work with. Give them a call. Checking if you have any damage costs nothing.

Jordan Franklin came to our door asking if my roof had been repaired since the storms last year. When I said no, he offered a drone inspection of my roof which I agreed to with some reluctance as I thought I was just setting myself up for a subsequent sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the results that my roof was in good shape and did not need work!!! It was great to learn that Bardin Roofing gives an honest appraisal of a situation. I definitely will reach out to them after any future storms.
