I can not recommend Jeff and his crew enough. He was quick to come out and diagnose the issue and we had a new roof before we knew it. They were quick, quiet for redoing the roof, and kind. Left my property nice and tidy as if they were not even there.

I called Elite Roofing Systems because I had one or more singles come loose on my dormer window. This was on a Friday afternoon. Jeff came out Monday morning, fixed it and checked the other dormer and roof. He is quick, efficient, and such a good person to meet. Besides being good at what he does, he would be a great neighbor. I have no problem recommending this man and company. Please consider him if and when you have roofing needs.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this 5-Star review. We’re glad we weren’t able to get out there quickly and take care of the loose shingles on your dormer. Or especially glad you trusted us to check out your other dormer and roof while we were there. Our goal is to make sure your roof stays in good shape and nothing gets missed. Will be sure to pass along your kind words to Jeff. He takes a lot of pride in his work and he’ll be glad to hear that it shows. Thanks again for the recommendation, it truly means a lot to our team!

Jeff was great to work with throughout the process. His transparency and openness about the process was huge. Before agreeing to the work, he was willing to do some exploring to give us both more comfort about the final offer. Even as we discovered some additional plywood that needed to be replaced, he was very open about this and made the overall experience much better. His team completed all work in one days time even with the added plywood. The roof looks great and the peace of mind from the quality of work is huge!

Sometimes we uncover things like damaged plywood during a roof replacement, and we always believe in communicating that openly so there are no surprises. It means a lot to know you’re enjoying the look of your new roof and the peace of mind that comes with it. Thank you again for trusting Elite Roofing Systems with your home!
