  Called the day after the hurricane for estimate & was told they'd be out the next day or day after. Same conversation 4 more times over 2 wks. No call, no show. I complained & he apologized & was told other ppl were worse off. I agree, mine was soffit damage. But be honest & tell me the truth. I am picking more panels up every time the wind blows hard, my bill is growing & taking food off my family's table. 2 stars for poor communication instead of work.

  I hired this company to do some repairs in my roof and they charged me almost $10k and a few weeks later the roof was leaking worse than before and made serious damage to my house. When i called the owner again because its supposed to be “under warranty” he said that it its leaking from somewhere else which is a lie of course and he said that they will fix it for another $4000. When i asked him to check for the leak from the attic he said its too hot to get up there. So unprofessional and worst people to deal with.

  Ahmed, sorry you feel that way, our initial services were to replace approximately 100 broken tiles and repaired all the mortar joints and seal all your flashings as per our scope of contract, as the work was being done for you to be able to get insurance on the home you just purchased. Replacement was recommended and you did not want to go that route because of cost and just needed to get the visible damaged repaired so you could get insurance. When we walked through the home there were no signs of leaking anywhere and you stated there were no leaks, you asked me to inspect the attic and I told you that is not something we do because of safety reasons. I asked you directly when you just got your home inspection did the inspector see any signs of leaks or damage in the attic and you said no. After 3-4 months later you had call and said you had a leak, we came out to inspect at that time and found the issue and explained to you that this was hidden issue underneath that we would need to remove a large section of roof tiles and repair that was not a part of the original contract and warranty and explained to you if this was a under warranty there would be no additional cost and you did not want to move forward with additional cost. We had fulfilled our original scope of work and contract with you and tried to communicate with you, had guys scheduled to come out and you cancelled on us twice.

  We got a pretty good price and the roof was done, yes. However, you do get what you pay for. After almost one year of the roof being done, I still find nails and pieces of old shingles in my yard, so I'm glad I do not have kids or pets. The newly-planted bushes in my yard were damaged, as well as the screen in my screened-in back porch. It got to a point that my husband and I prefered to clean the yard and deal with the bushes ourselves just so we would not take the risk of them messing something else up. But I mean, the roof did get done.

  Ana I apologize for any inconvenience you may had sometimes minor things happen in the construction field, we did clean up thoroughly and ran ground magnets around several times it is almost impossible to get every single nail. As far as the damage to the bush and small 2" tear in the screen I believe per our discussion that the additional $ 1,000.00 in work that we did not charge you for the replacement the rotten rafters and additional rotten plywood was more then sufficient for $ 75 in damages. Also if you were not satisfied with the work why did your husband call back months later for additional work. Your roof came out beautiful was put down to building code and manufactures specifications and will last you years and years to come, we gave you new gutters at cost and gave you and excellent price to re roof your home

  I've been in property management many years in both multi-family and commercial and have worked with many roofers over the years. Joe and his team have been nothing but professional, kind and extremely easy to work with. I most recently used industrial commercial for a re-roof on a shopping center. My owners and construction team were so impressed they are wanting to use them on other projects. Thank you Joe and Dylan for being amazing in this process. Hands down my favorite roofing team!
