A few stucco areas around the house had cracked and needed attention. Julian and the team from Imperia Roofing handled the repairs and repainted everything afterward. The finish came out really clean.

Our house in San Ramon hadn’t been updated in a long time and the exterior was starting to look tired. The siding was worn, trim boards were deteriorating, and paint was fading unevenly. Julian with Imperia Roofing & Exteriors helped us put together a plan using James Hardie siding. Once they opened everything up, they also addressed a few problem areas around the windows and trim. The transformation is night and day. The house looks sharp again and feels like a completely different place.

Eugene, that’s a great way to describe it—sometimes once everything is opened up, you really see what needs to be handled properly. Glad we were able to take care of those window and trim areas while doing the siding so it was done right the first time. Julian will appreciate the mention. He puts a lot of focus on planning these projects so the final result comes out clean and consistent. The difference on homes like yours really is huge once everything ties together. Appreciate you trusting us with it, and don’t hesitate to reach out if anything comes up down the road.

Homeowners considering flat roofing work in Walnut Creek benefit from understanding how roofing materials, flashings, drainage, and the supporting deck work together. Valleys collect water from intersecting slopes and can deteriorate faster than open roof fields. The role of a roof installation company is to inspect the valley substrate, install the specified underlayment, and coordinate the valley metal or shingle detail with adjacent courses. Careful sequencing also helps protect completed work while adjacent roof sections remain active. Why it matters: A valley must carry concentrated runoff without directing water beneath nearby shingles. The practical goal is more dependable drainage during periods of heavy rain. For properties in Walnut Creek, Alamo, Lafayette, and Danville, roof geometry, age, tree cover, wind, and neighborhood exposure can change the appropriate recommendation. Imperia Roofing & Exteriors evaluates the complete roofing system and explains the reasoning behind the proposed work.
