  We had 2 leaks in our home from the heavy rains in Dec and Jan. I called Kyle and within an hour he came out, inspected and gave me a quote that night. He came the next day and fixed the leakage issue in an afternoon. Very satisfied with service, efficiency, and quality work.

  Excellent service, both in the work done and communication. The roofing materials and vents have actually made a really noticeable improvement in how hot it was getting inside. Started when they said they would, and finished on time. We were so impressed that we used them for our property management company too. Thank you Kyle, very satisfied customer.

  I was recommended Kyle by a neighbor for a full roof replacement - so glad we went with him. As a tradesman his work is top notch, and as a businessman too. He was prompt, communicative, and quick to address any questions or concerns. This is not always the case with contractors in my experience. Kyle takes pride in his work and it shows. We replaced our old rolled roofing with a new system that included a reflective acrylic coating - what a difference that makes to the internal temperature of our home.   Kyle and his team were outstanding when we needed urgent roof repairs. They responded quickly, completing the work in a timely manner to prevent any further damage, and did so with great care and quality.   I reached out to six different roofing companies for my mother's home in Cerritos. Immaculate services stood out after researching each company and meeting with each individually. Kyle Taylor stood out for his honesty and diligent work. His interest in making sure the problem we had was solved and done so at a fair price: 15,0000. The work was completed quickly, Kyle and his crew did a wonderful job. More importantly, we feel the house is safer and we are satisfied with how we were treated. Although I do not look forward to replacing my roof, I will call Kyle when the time comes. I recommend Immaculate Services to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair.
