Tried to give my business after the hail storm to a local business I was referred to by a friend. This has got to be the worst experience I could imagine trying to get them to give me a quote on my roof. Worked with James for the past 3 months being assured that I would receive a quote and that everything would get “handled.” I’ve had an open claim with my insurance since before they arrived and I still don’t have an answer from them. Makes me wish I had chosen one of the out-of-town storm contractors at the time who wanted the business. If you are looking for a company that does what they promise this is not it.

Chase we understand your frustration, although we can’t control the insurance company or how they handle the claim. Please call your agent for another inspection, which we would be glad to be there to help show the damage and help get you a claim estimate that we can work with.

James Cornelison and crew just finished installing a new roof on my home. I’m 75 years old and this wasn’t my first new roof install. It was however my very best roofing experience. Here are just a few of the reasons why. On Time – When James said he would be there at a specific time, he was there. No excuses, no the dog ate my homework. If he said it, he did it. Explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions. We weren’t left scratching our heads later. Took pictures of the entire process from tear off to final clean up. Removed the old satellite dish and hauled it off. James went to town and got us a quart of matching roof paint for when we paint our garage door and shutters. Every member of his crew knew exactly what to do. Coordinated effort, no down wasted time. James even gave me a ride back to my vehicle which I had parked off site during the installation. Ideal provided the type service that you expected and received back in the day. If you need a roofing professional, call Ideal that simple !

I can’t thank James enough for all his hard work and dedication through the process of getting our roof replaced and covered by the insurance he went above and beyond. Any questions or concerns we had he answered, he came out multiple times to get more pictures for the insurance company. Everything was done without hesitation. The day they came to replace the roof he stayed in constant contact with texts and pictures of the work being done, his team was professional and neat. Everything was covered and if moved it was put back. I was amazed! The finished product looks so good. If you are looking to have your roof replaced I DEFINITELY recommend Ideal Roofing.

Not sure if it was this location or the other, I’m assuming owned by same people, but they replaced the roof on a house we rent and although they worked fast, they did not put stuff back the way they found it outside our house when they left.
