They keep contacting me after I told them I have just had a new roof installed. No means no

Hey Cody, Thank you for letting us know. There is a roofing company over in Meridian called Idaho Roofing Contractors, and they are extremely aggressive on the phones. We don't have an outbound sales team that makes phone calls and we are so sorry that they keep pestering you. We get this complaint at least once every other week. Please let us know what we can do to get five stars from you. :)

I am not satisfied with the work man ship of the job. Would have thought that the would have been some 1x4 used the level out the lines of the roof. I could have done this kind of work myself. I feel my job was not big enough job for them.

I had a great experience with Idaho Roofing. Keith answered quickly, showed up fast, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My roof only needed a few shingles repaired from wind damage, and he took care of it for free. It’s hard to find honest companies that are willing to help with smaller jobs like this. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend Idaho Roofing to anyone needing roofing work.

Highly recommend this company! Great communication, honest service, and quality workmanship from start to finish. The team is professional, dependable, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Five stars!

I've used Idaho Roofing a couple of times for spot wind damage repairs. Couldn't be happier. You can't even tell where the damage occurred. Pricing was fair and response time was very quick. Highly recommend

Keith and his team are very responsive. He was the only one to pickup on a Friday just before quitting time. He swung by on his way home and patched my roof. Highly recommend.

Idaho Roofing Company was great to work with. After strong winds over the weekend blew part of our roof off, they came out quickly and fixed it the same day. The crew was professional, efficient, and did quality work. Really appreciate how fast they responded and took care of the problem. Highly recommend!

Called Keith on Saturday during a huge windstorm to get help with some missing shingles. The first day the storm was over he was at our home and replaced them. Great service!
