  This is a company ran by inexperienced people who do not know enough about roofing, and as they say "learn from their mistakes". Unfortunately my roof was one of their mistakes, major leaks immediately after install. I notified Fulton as soon as leaks were noticed, and he was unable to figure out where they were from and tried to say my 20 year old siding was causing the roof leak. Never once did Brian, the owner, come help to diagnose the leak. This was last year. I finally had to hire another company to fix the issue who diagnosed it as improperly installed flashing and no waterproofing. The leak immediately stopped after these repairs. I held Horizon to fix the ruined drywall and mold that had now formed, and they sent their contractor Cliff who lied to me about the workers he hired to complete the job and cut corners with the work. Brian was extremely rude when issues were brought to his attention with the repairs and ultimately did not finish the job, leaving me with their demo cleanup and finishing the damage caused by their leak. Furthermore, Fulton went back on his word when collecting the remaining balance and tacked on additional charges. Just do yourself a favor and go with an experienced company!

  Brian helped guide me through a roof replacement due to hail damage. He was quick, responsive, and patient with attention to detail throughout the process. Would recommend! Updating to add that Horizon also replaced the siding and gutters recently (years after the roof). Still in business, still producing great results!

  Brian was outstanding to work with throughout the entire insurance claim process. After my initial hail damage claim was denied while working with another roofing company, my insurance agent connected me with Brian at Horizon Roofing. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Brian took the initiative to help get my roof re-inspected, worked directly with the insurance company, and ultimately helped get my claim approved. He made what had been a frustrating experience much easier to navigate and kept me informed every step of the way. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Brian and Horizon Roofing to anyone dealing with storm damage or an insurance claim. I’ll update this review once the roof replacement is complete, but I’m extremely impressed with the service and professionalism I’ve received so far.

  Fulton was my project manager. I can’t say enough great things him. From start to finish, he was easy to work with, a great communicator, and followed up on a timely manner. The guys did a great job on the roof. They made sure I didn’t get any nails in my pool. . But most importantly, my roof looks great! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof replaced.
