  First, I would like to say I had very high hopes for this company as the reviews were really good. My interactions with Tristan, our sales rep, were really good and is the only reason I give this 1 star. I called them amount a month and a half ago to see about getting a repair done on my roof as it has (and still has) a leak into my wall and damaging the ceiling on the first floor. They mentioned at first a sales rep would be calling me back to make an appointment. I first cringed at this because I was worried they would only be into this to trying to get my entire roof replaced. I was pretty clear up front my goal was to get the leak fixed ASAP as we are starting into winter. I was assured that we can definitely assess the damage to get that done. The first visit came and Tristan was unable to get onto my roof due to it being a 2 story, so we had to make a second appointment where his manager came back with him to assist with getting on the roof. During that time, Tristan and his manager assess the damage on the roof found were the leak was and other pictures. They come back down and start up the discussion that they felt there was enough possibly enough damage to make a claim with my insurance to get a new roof. They seemed honest and forth coming about everything so I agreed to move forward with filing the claim but made a point to bring up my goal still and remains to get the leak fixed ASAP which I was again said it "should be a simple fix" by both Tristan and his manager. So we move forward with getting the Claim and after 2 adjustor visits. The first being with the insurance company and the second being a 3rd party both did not seem to agree with Tristan and his manager on the damage and said it would be unlikely my insurance company would replace the entire roof. The claim is still under review with my insurance company. I was again reassured they should be able to take care of the leak if the roof replacement did not go through, so Tristan wou

  I did not call for an inspection. I did not WANT an inspection. Tell your cold callers to stop being so aggressive when someone says NO. I don't care if its free. When someone says no, damn it its NO!

  Solid team under new management. Crews installed Missouri made shingles from TAMCO - a tough as well as great looking product. They were straight forward and I never felt like I was "being sold".

  Blue Ladder was professional and fast. They replaced our old and damaged roof in one day, handled the insurance claims and submissions seamlessly, and really made it a pleasant experience for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area.

  They did a fantastic job on my roof and all was professional. They had my roof on in about 8 hrs and the clean up was great no trace of them ever being there other than my new roof. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

  George Schmitz came out and inspected my roof and I didn't even realize I had storm damage! He was great to work with, very nice and professional. Got my roof replaced under my insurance. Highly recommend!!

  Tristian did a thorough inspection on my roof the other day, along with many of my neighbors. Everyone is looking forward too seeing how the roofs come out. It's been a great experience and when I'm ready for a roof I will 100% be calling you guys!

  Jake and Tristian were out at my house today doing an inspection.. At first I was pretty hesitant but they ended up helping me get through it and we're going to proceed next week with getting the insurance involved! Can't wait to work with blue ladder more.

  Great experience with this project. Blue Ladder tore off the hail damaged roof and replaced it with a new roof in one day. Hauled off the old shingles the following day. We couldn’t be more pleased. Great to work with them. Kept us totally informed about scheduling, time frame, etc. If you need a new roof, give them a call. So glad we did.
